We’re The Wood Look, a small family business in Stourbridge run by James and Sam. Since 2017 we’ve been engraving personalised wooden watches and bracelets, in walnut, oak, ebony, sandalwood and olive wood. Engraving is free on our quartz watches, and you’ll always see a preview before we engrave anything. It would help solve things a lot quicker. In regards to your purchase at cart, I'm just looking at your order and you declined to choose a free gift at the cart stage. For reference, you are given the option to add free gift at the cart and are given a variety of free gifts currently to choose from. I can see from your order you didn't do opt into this so naturally you didn't get anything sent. Anyway we are happy to send your entitled bracelet as per our terms and conditions, this will include a redelivery fee as you hadn't opted for the bracelet at the point of ordering. This is clearly defined in the terms and conditions too. Feel free to contact us and we can get this all arranged.
