I bought 20 strips as reccomended for treatment with the 3d luxe strips. I'm a first time buyer so was concerned when they arrived in individual wraps. I reached out to customer service who advised they are individual wraps to help reduce costs and there is a boxed version available on the site, but I havnt been able to find this. I have gone ahead and used the individual strips, I am on day 3 and they really are working which is a relief after spending all that money. The good thing was the company has been quick on replies and answering questions. The individual wraps are also all sealed and look legit with branding etc. I do think now they are the real thing but hard to know as I have only ever used these. It would be better if the website showed more clarity for boxed and unboxed options to help manage customers expectations.

To clarify, our Crest Whitestrips are available in two formats:
Full retail boxes (ideal for first-time buyers or gifts)
Individual sealed treatments (each in their original branded retail pouches)
The individual treatments allow customers to:
Try the product before committing to a full box
Top up a previous course
Purchase fewer than 20 treatments
Or purchase 20 treatments without the box at a discounted price, as shipping without the box is cheaper at this time
This option is clearly selectable on the product page under “Select Quantity.” Once selected, a picture of the exact format you will receive is shown, to help manage expectations.
We also mention on the product page that individual treatments are intended for maintenance, and we recommend the full retail box for first-time users or gifting purposes.
That said, we appreciate your suggestion for improved clarity on the site and will definitely take this into consideration as we continue to improve our shopping experience.

Not genuine products.
Zoom gels bought to whiten teeth. I usually buy these from my dentist but the price on here was so much cheaper so I thought I would try them. The product arrived unboxed and with no instructions which made me a bit suspicious. I tried the product out once and it was definitely not genuine, the texture and even the smell of the gel was different compared to the ones I buy from my dentist. I contacted customer services about this and they never responded to me.

I have ordered from the white smiles a couple of times and always happy with the service. The delivery comes super fast ! The strips themselves (crest) are amazing and I have been getting a lot of comments. I would advise to use a strip a day for a week to get the best results. Using once a week after this to maintain has worked well for me. If you feel any sensitivity then brushing with a little sensodyne toothpaste should do the trick.

Fantastic result after a week of use
I’ve tried a lot of different whitening strips since having my teeth whitened professionally about 14 years ago to try to maintain white teeth, with a fair degree of success I THOUGHT. Tried crest 3D for a week and was so surprised by the result, these are definitely the best, I now have professionally white teeth again which is fantastic. No sore gums or sensitivity, they stay firmly in place too. Would definitely recommend and definitely going to order more.
