Irreproachable faultless customer service, I purchased 2 pet products from these people (Magnesium cream pet 50g) Elektra magnesium, the ingredients are not fit for dogs and are toxic eg. peppermint leaf and lemon peel. They do not accept or recognise any blame for this. They don't even list the ingredients online for your peace of mind.

The owner of this store is super kind. She always sends customers a message after every purchase to show her appreciation. Shipping is very fast and items arrive with no wasteful packaging. The prices at this store are also better than other eco-friendly websites I have visited.
