Slow and barely any rides

The rides have such slow lines, and then there are fast pass groups who completely ruin how long you will wait if they show up. Either get more rides or stop allowing big groups of fast pass guests. We got on one ride in 2 hours (well 1hr 45 because they close the rides 15 minutes early!) and gave up on a second when we had waited 20 mins (when a group of fast pass showed up at the front of the line). There also wasn't enough inflatables so you had to first wait for an inflatable and then wait for the ride. Even though it must happen all the time, staff didn't seem to know how to manage this until about 30 mins into the session when they stopped letting people just hang on to the inflatables and keep using them. Totally not worth the money, need to either restrict numbers, get more rides, get rid of fast pass or make the sessions longer than 1hr 45.

Appalling staff attitude

Appalling staff attitude, expensive, long wait in queues. You book a 2 hour slot but barely have enough time to go on 3 slides. Staff were patronizing, and uncompromising (wouldn't let my child re join a queue he'd been standing in for 25 minutes, because he'd left it for a few seconds). They basically didn't believe we'd been in the queue in the first place.
The slides close 15 minutes before the end of the session, with no warning or announcements whatsoever. Hence, everyone ends up in the lazy river or wave pool, packed like sardines.

We'd travelled an hour to go there, spent £70, spent most of the time queuing, and were treated like dirt.

At the end of the two hour slot, members of staff started shouting at everyone to get out of the pool and head towards the exit. Treated like animals.
Waste of money and time. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend, and won't be making the mistake of returning.

An amazing experience for our school children!

I am a teacher in a local primary school in Coventry.
While 2/3 of our children were on a residential in Wales, we took the other children her for a session.
Wendy (one of the bosses!), gave us a great deal, which made it accessible for our children.
We were booked in and had the whole swimming venue to ourselves. The children really enjoyed it, going on the lazy river, the wave machine and the slides.
The staff were absolutely brilliant, taking great care of our children and were extremely friendly.
An experience they will never forget!
Thank you so much for allowing us to do this.

Not again

So came an visited for older sons birthday
And brought two grand children one of which is 3, thought the splash area would be great for her but it was sooo cold it was unbearable. So spent our time in lazy river and wave pool. Where I sustained some really bad friction burns that are still healing. When contacted the manager will he basically called me a liar and said no one else has ever got friction burns from the floor in the wave pool… and also told me the splash pool was 28 degrees which it certainly wasn’t. It was freezing and kids hated it. Not worth £130 awful customer service and wouldn’t recommend.. we traveled an hr here not again

The Wave - scam afterservice

First of all, you can only book a 2 hour slot, but due to the long waiting lines for the slide, you will never be able to enjoy all slide.

But the day we went, family of 4, we get to do 1 slide and then the fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate the building ofcourse, but that was the end of our visit. Asked for a full refund, they initially said management will get in contact with us.

They did call me, before i could pick up they already hang up. One ring, with an excuse mail they couldn’t reach me by phone. Bullsh**. Called back but supposedly you are transferred to another company and they tell you to contact the venue, the same venue that told me they couldn’t do anything and I needed to contact management.

This is by far and easily the worst “aquapark” experience ever. Still trying to get my money back since im not from England, and will never go visit Coventry ever again..

I have been to this gym since 2019

I have been to this gym since 2019.
I became a member last year as otherwise I could not continue to attend the yoga classes, which I loved. Then they ended the employment of my excellent yoga instructor James Bando.
When I found out about his dismissal ,I wrote and sent my message to the people in the administration and only one person answered me, just thanked me for the good feedback about James as an instructor.
I don't understand why the administration exists if they don't try to solve the problems that have arisen...
They exist on our money and we have the right to decide which training we want to go to .I am very dissatisfied with the work of the administration in this center.
If you value your money and like to be respected as as a customer I don't recommend to join this gym

Lifestyles fitness does not care about their gym members

I have been a gym member for a few years now and recently got particularly disappointed with the customer service of management and their clear inability to listen. I wonder why they are supported with public funds if they don't even serve the public.
They have recently made a fabulous yoga instructor redundant and despite many emails from many disappointed gym members, there has been no acknowledgement nor any steps taken. Instead, they're employing new inexperienced instructors whose classes no one wants to attend.

If you value your money and like to be respected as a customer I strongly discourage you from joining this gym.

Good, but not value for money

The place is clean, well organised and the rides are good. But the place is so busy, even during off peak, that the 2 hour time cap is not enough. Good, but not value for money.

Horrible experience in October 2022

Horrible experience in October 2022, left waiting around with young children for 65mins while they sorted their lockers which were faulty. Once changed we had to walk past faeces that was on the walkway to the pool. Complained to the staff and manager (who promised it would be cleaned) but it was still there when we came out. Left our names and contact details and was promised a response to our complaints. 8 weeks later we had to hammer them on social media and make numerous phone calls to even get a reply. Eventually replied via Messanger asking saying front of house were dealing on the 13th Dec, then replied on the 15th asking for details, on the 16th they were sent to the duty manager, on the 21st they asked for contact details (for the third time), and sent it (again) to the front of house and manager, they said on the 22nd they had all the details and would reply promptly. Nothing for the following.

Taking Xmas into consideration, they still managed to post numerous social media posts between the 22nd and the 29th December but apparently dealing with a complaint about their being human excrement on their walkways and broken lockers is too much.

Disgraceful service

The Wave

Please don’t make the mistake I made & avoid this awful place. This business is just after your money, they don’t care about there customers especially those who are disabled. Some of the staff are extremely abusive mistreating vulnerable customers, they are judgemental & have a uncaring attitude. Walking into the gym is like a refrigerator, it’s ridiculously cold & so dangerous. I exercise from home where it’s much safer & I get better results!
