Came in really fast and the service was really professional

Both watches are working okay, but the energy storage, is not as good as expected. Winding one 40 turns and wearing it for a week, it only lasted about 14/15 hours, before running down. Also of the package weighing about 700gm, only 40gm was watch. What shall I do with this heavy box?

Next day delivery was unexpected, but when I phoned to thank them I was 4 minutes as "No. 1 in the queue" then after 2 rings I was cut off. Sort of took the edge off the transaction.

The watch does not keep time. Can you advise? On the first 2 days of use it would be okay for circa 7 hours and then start to slow. Yesterday the watch stopped. I have been using the watch for 3 days but gave up yesterday. Can you either advise me as to what the issue might be? If a fault in the watch is the reason then let me know how to go about returning it to you and receiving a refund.

I still haven’t received my order despite it being due for delivery in the 16th august.it is a birthday present and now have completely missed their birthday.
