Dear sir or madam boarding the 5 40 pm train to barnham was fine but at the change was cancelled due to fright train in Southampton in barnham the lifts were out of order so I had to take 3 cases up and down stairs there was very little information but we got a train to Eastleigh this was also running late we managed to get picked up at Eastleigh as I could not take 3 cases on a bus dave

Went from York to Liverpool. From Leeds to Huddersfield have replacement bus. I had 17 minutes change but train was late for 3 mins. 14 min sound more than enough but Leeds train station is big also no sign at all where is the bus. Nothing in the app like you go out this street walk 100 m and there is the bus. I did asked someone who sent me to the right direction but as I haven’t seen any bus front of the building I had to go back and ask information desk. They was helpful and turn out I went out in the good door but need to turn left. After running out big white bus without any sign,thankfully I did catch it.
I wasn’t the only one heard two other people asking mention the bus was hard to find.

POOR EXPERIENCE ONLINE
When you make a mistake in booking in adavance surely it shouldnt matter what type of ticket your booking in advance there is surely enough time to correct it. i accepted the lower amount would be refunded so i would be out of pocket but no that wasnt good enough for you you taken the whole lot twice. wasnt very clear what constitues change of ticket or complete new order when you go through the online experience shocking.and doesnt tell you to phone before trying to correct. Poor Experience.
