Genuine, lovely people, excellent, high-grade products.

Love TTT - they’ve been supplying my CBD for over two years now. Products are very effective for my pain relief related to cancer. Online ordering is so simple and delivery is very fast and efficient. I’ve had a number of questions along the way and Kate and Michelle always make plenty of time for me. Also love their new product lines and am obsessed with the loose leaf tea which tastes amazing. I use several products and would recommend them all. Fab company. Fab products. Fab service.

The Tonic products are outstanding quality as is the customer care -- second to none. I use a variety of the products -- 6% water soluble to help with general anxiety, low mood and to help dropping off to sleep. I use the patches for localised lower back pain -- it's been particularly bad just recently. And I regularly enjoy a cup of CBD tea -- as a treat and again to help with mood issues. All the items I use work really well -- they have made such a difference to the quality of my life and I now class them as essential to day-to-day living. Don't know how I managed before. Oh and friends and family are also jumping on the wagon -- my eldest brother uses the 6% water soluble in herbal tea in the evening -- its helped him vastly reduce his alcohol consumption, my sister-in-law uses the tea to help with anxiety, another sister-in-law is using the 3%CBG to help with an essential tremour she's developed, and my best pal, uses the bath bombs and patches for plantar fasciitis -- she's a serious runner and she is amazed at how much the CBD helps.

I cannot recommend The Tonic enough! Hands down the best customer service I think I’ve ever had buying anything! Spoke on Instagram a few times before purchase as I was looking for advice and was unsure on what would best suit me, at no point was there any push sales talk just a lovely genuine chat! My order was delivered so fast and with the most brilliant packaging (all recyclable!) the personal note was a lovely touch, the CBD oil is the best I’ve tried for being a better product for strength meaning one or two sprays sorts me right out instead of a Dropper one used before that was way to much oil to keep in my mouth long enough , I cannot recommend the tonic enough and honestly can’t see me not using their products! 10* all day every day! Thank you tonic for being fabulous and providing amazing products that actually do the trick!

As a recent convert to CBD, I've been extremely impressed with the quality of the product and the service offered by the Tonic team. I'm a particularly fan of the teas which not only taste great but have helped to reduce feelings of anxiety.

I've been using The Tonic Tribe products for a few years and they've helped me through many stressful situations including a broken wrist, and the current lockdown. At the start of lockdown I was contacted by the team to see if I needed my regular order redirecting to my home address - this was something I hadn't even thought of, but it shows what a considerate team the Tonic Tribe are. They're lovely people selling a fabulous product.

I've been a regular customer of The Tonic CBD now since first meeting them at the London Bike Show. It was Michelle who took the time to chat to me about the products, her passion overflowing! Slightly sceptical at the time, i didn't purchase there and then, but a week or so later i bought 8% Oil and Muscle Recovery.
The Muscle recovery is my Go To product after a ride, it just simply helps ease the muscles, the aces and smells Amazing!
In the close to 2 years i've been buying from The Tonic, i've bought 8% Oil, 4% Water Soluble, Muscle Recovery, Bath Salts, CBD Soap, Face Balm, Tea and probably others i've forgotten...
All the products are The Best You Can Buy but one of the main reasons to buy from The Tonic is the Help, Advise, the Always There attitude of Kate & Michelle, their passion is seemingly endless and whether by email, phone (or shop when not in Lockdown) they Never pass you off, never not have a minute or more for you.
If you're looking at CBD, no matter the type of product, i would highly recommend The Tonic
