I ordered a top 3 months ago which I have still not received. Emails and DM’s go answered despite the store promising all orders would be fulfilled or refunded when it closed. Clearly a scam and feel silly to have trusted someone based on their Instagram profile.

Giving even one star feels like too much.
Bought from a "snap sale" on Instagram for a friends new baby. The "sale" price was more than the full price on their website, also never received the parcel. Chased constantly both on email and on Instagram eventually received a refund code, have seen today that they have closed and I haven't used the code.
Absolutely shocking way to run a business and from the posts below they've obviously profited from never fulfilling orders!

Stupidly didn't read the reviews on here before placing a large order at the start of May. Still haven't received a single item or a refund. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by email, their website contact page and instagram I have only received a generic reply and am still waiting on a refund. Absolute scam and I am now taking legal action.

Never received the goods and still chasing my refund. Now I saw they marked their business as closed - I hope they stay closed. Karma?!

Unfortunately my experience is much the same as below. I ordered two items in April, after A LOT of emails and Instagram messages, false promises etc etc I finally received one of the items a few weeks ago and told a refund had been processed for the other. Well, I haven't received this refund (and I have sent a lot more emails and messages since, all of which have been ignored) and the item I did receive was meant to be 1-2 years and wasn't even close to fitting my son, who isn't yet a year. I cannot believe this is allowed to continue, and seemingly for quite a while. I purchased after seeing their items promoted by a few 'mum' Instagram accounts I follow - I realise now these items were likely gifted but it looks like paying customers have their money stolen and never receive the majority of goods ordered. Completely shocking and I will be taking this further.

Disgraceful service. Do not order from here. Second time they have taken money and not been in touch with the item or a refund in over a month.

Awful company! Ordered something from them weeks and weeks ago and still haven’t received it. On contacting the company, it took 4 emails before I received a generic response which had clearly been copied and pasted to all the other customers complaining. I now must have asked for a refund over 10 times via email, comments and private message on their Instagram page with no response. I even resorted to asking for them to respond to my emails and warning future customers via a comment on their social media which got immediately deleted. Still no response, still no item and still no refund. I would strongly advice against ordering from this company, useless!

Happy to take your money and not send products. The supposed ‘customer service’ contact with ignore any communications on follow up once they have your money.
They have been reported now to trading standards, however I would advise anyone else with the same experience to do the same.

Terrible. Ordered from here during a 'sale' this was on 9th of April...still nothing and only replied to one message fobbing me off. Avoid at all costs. Seems like a scam. Now trying to get refund but judging by the reviews below, I might not get that. Definitely going to the proper authorities.

Similar experience to all the below. I received the wrong items in Jan, returned them (at my own expense) and am yet to receive a refund 5 months later. Continue to fob me off with excuses. Disgusting customer service, am taking my complaint to ombudsman as they should not be practising this business.

Don't bother. I ordered a jumper from their Instagram sample sale at the beginning of March and (stupidly in hindsight) paid using friends and family PayPal. I had to chase multiple times for any information on where my order was. They couldn't provide any kind of tracking info and said they would post another one out. Weeks went by and still nothing so I asked for a refund which they said they would process. Chased the refund over a week later to be told that royal mail told them an item had been delivered. Turns out my partner had taken in the parcel. It was the wrong item and the postmark was dated after the date on which they said they would process my refund. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle to pursue any further but won't go near them ever again.

Really wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Found them on Instagram and they seemed legit but beware! I ordered an outfit in Jan 2021 during a sample sale and have yet to receive the item. I waited a few months since it was shipping internationally and contacted them in March 2021 after not receiving anything. After chasing customer service down for a response and multiple apologies saying they will refund me- they have yet to do so and are now ignoring my messages and emails.

Really disappointed. Wouldn’t order from here again. I ordered almost 3 months ago and have never received the item. After chasing and receiving lots of messages apologising (new excuses each time), they are now ignoring my messages.

If there were zero stars that is what I would rate. Wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering. I made an order in early March and after chasing and chasing I could tell a fake shipping dispatch email had been issued. Then when I tried to ask for tracking details they were unable to tell me as clearly it had not been shipped. Then chasing for a refund more false information saying it had been issued. I’ve been wasting my time for months to get the money back.
I’d love to support small businesses but the model here is broken. They are obviously ordering from China/Korea etc on long lead times but happily taking orders without the stock. It’s not clear it’s a preorder with a several month wait. No transparency in communication or truthfulness and absolutely no apology. Bad business model.

Please avoid this company! I wish I looked at the reviews first. Order not arrived and will not respond! AVOID!

Ordered items in mid-March, received an email to say they’d been dispatched about 10 days later but they never arrived. Tried to email and DM via instagram with no response, after commenting on a post they got back to me to say they’d issue a refund. No refund 2 weeks later, so this has now been raised as a dispute through visa

Order never arrived. I then emailed and heard nothing back until my 4th chasing email where i had a very nothingy apology saying they would check what had happened. I heard nothing. Emailed asking for a refund by this point. Heard nothing. Have now chased AGAIN. very annoyed customer.

Avoid! Have taken payment, ignored messages and now blocked on social media after 3 weeks of waiting for items. Disgraceful
