The ease of booking, dropping off and the fact that you don’t pay unless it’s a pass, provides all the reassurance needed that your car is being legitimately tested. I cannot recommend the Test Centre highly enough.

First time user.. Easy booking and received reminders. Reception staff polite and friendly. Car was taken in at appointed time, unlike other places where you have a timed booking and not seen til 30 minutes later.
MOT tester explained the 2 advisories.
Would certainly use again and was offered a reminder for next year. Would highly recommend.

My car initially failed due to a dodgy tyre. The mechanic kindly went above and beyond by taking me to the neighbouring tyre garage and explaining which size was needed.

​I have been using The Test Centre in Rochester for years now, and they are brilliant. Because they only do MOTs and no repair work, you know you are getting a completely honest, unbiased test.
​The value for money is fantastic and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Plus, the fact that they are open on a Sunday is incredibly handy for anyone who works during the week. If you need your MOT sorted with a quick, stress-free service, get yourself down here. Highly recommended!

Within the space of a week, I have had 3 MoTs at the Brands Hatch Test Centre in St. Mary's Platt. I have never experienced such extraordinary care and respect for other people's cars as that demonstrated by Max, the Tester. Max was fastidious in his attention to ensuring that the cars were driven carefully on and off ramps and brake test equipment. Doors were carefully opened and shut ; attention was given to ensuring that fragile interior trim was not accidentally damaged whilst getting in and out of the vehicles. I was really impressed - with Max, but also the other employees I met at the Centre. Many thanks !

This is my 2nd vist to the brands hatch centre, and have already booked for next year, I have found the testers to very helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with, would highly recommend.
