From my initial request for additional product information to taking delivery of my purchase, I can only praise The Teak Store for exceptional Customer Service.

Sissinghurst Lutyen Bench
Richard first got in touch to arrange delivery date. We have given 5 stars although we did not receive the bench on the arranged date. Communication was prompt in informing us of a change of delivery and we got our beautiful Sissinghurst Lutyen bench first thing the next day. Very pleased with the bench excellent quality. Richard carried the bench into place on the lawn and also gave us a bench cushion as compensation for delay in delivery. RF
