Great shopping experience
Swift delivery, no issues with the items- happy with my items. Did the job perfectly, and new ink has healed well. Second skin dressing I think I am mildly allergic to the adhesive but that’s my issue! Stuck well, and came off relatively easily. The inkeeze ink lock lotion has been amazing, will stick with this in future!

Still waiting for delivery 10+ days on.....
Staggeringly bad service. Order placed on 29th April, as of today 10th May still not received or resolved. To start with the ad I clicked on to buy via Google said "Free Delivery" - not true. On checking out the only option was to pay £5 for supposed delivery by UPS which didn't happen - UPS opted to leave the package at some shop I'd never heard of which would have meant about an hour's round trip on the bus to collect it! (On checkout a Royal Mail option seems to appear but is not active so there was no choice).
Contacted Customer Service about this suggesting they send a replacement order by First Class Mail to me and get the original one collected and returned to them in UPS' own sweet time. They were apologetic, but opted instead to attempt to get UPS to collect the package from where they'd left it and then re-deliver it to me! This was obviously going to take longer, if it got delivered at all. Well so far no sign of package and customer service is pretty lame.
Not at all impressed. Won''t use again.
