Compassionate Care!

I attended The Surrey Park Clinic for tests after getting results for cell changes after an abnormal smear. Dr Chatterjee and the nurses I saw (Louise and Jan) were really reassuring and explained everything to me in detail and put me at ease- thankfully all came back clear. They gave me time and were interested in what I had to share about my own body, and found that I also needed to have PCOS investigated, which was really important after my own GP wouldn’t take me seriously about my concerns of this.
I would highly recommend !!

Terrible service & follow up

I went to the clinic about 2 years ago. They were running very late (an hour or more) and gave me a bog standard service plus a prescription that wasn't tailored to my needs. I didn't react well to the meds and was told to talk to my doctor. A waste of time for a lot of money. Find a better place there are many out there

Unprofessional, cold place.

Regrettably having to report a very distressing experience at this clinic. My primary concern with this clinic is the appalling service received by the staff, in particular the manager, Jo. Rather than go into the actual medical treatment received (which was all given to an acceptable standard) it was the customer service that was disappointing. As we all know, fertility treatment can be an emotional rollercoaster and it is important that the professionals who treat you remain just that, professional. Unfortunately, Jo spoke to me in an unprofessional and unempathetic way and left me very distressed and upset. At no point did Jo express any empathy or offered an apology for an error the clinic had made. Instead she chose to speak about my personal business in front of other members of staff and other patients. My friend has also advised me that the clinic breach personal data on a daily basis which I also witnessed during my visit. I would avoid this clinic in future and shall certainly not be recommending it to anyone.

I went to the clinic for an early scan…

I went to the clinic for an early scan at nearly 7 weeks. On their website they advertise an early scan from 6 weeks, à appointment for 30 minutes and 4 framed pictures.
I was received by a cold women, keep saying I was so early in pregnancy that it would be difficult to see something. She didn’t warn before putting the internal ultrasound in, the appointment took 10 min and I received 3 poor quality paper pictures in an envelope and that was it.
Very disappointed, the most expensive 10 minutes ever.

A very positive experience

This clinic is the only place I have ever found that took the time to listen to my symptoms and diagnose. The NHS didn’t even offer me a basic hormone profile. I dread to think the quality of life I would still have if I hadn’t been lucky enough to attend The Surrey Park Clinic. Full marks!
