Old & Tired premises + expensive food & drinks

The Sportsmans Inn at Ivybridge in Devon is rather run down. The bar & restaurant look tired and the food & drinks are very expensive compared to other local national chain restaurants that offer far more modern well decorated & pleasant surroundings. Entertainment is very fourth rate and the ticket cost for any organised functions is extortionate for what one gets, even moreso over the Christmas period. Steer well clear.
