Discriminating of invisible disabilities

I wrote to the Spires management to enquire about posting flyers and leaflets as per custom - many local freelancers and businesses' adverts are accepted and displayed -on the community noticeboards but received no reply. I had previously, in another occasion when enquiring the same for a charity I represented - been directed to bring the flyers in person to the management office. As I was already aware of this and am a local community volunteer, and as I had received no reply, I went in person to the office to make my new enquiry. I was treated in a discriminating manner by an employee called Daniel, with no respect for my rights as a person with protected characteristics.
