From first contact through to floor fitted I cannot praise this company enough.
Communications have been excellent, really going the extra mile to provide service. Let’s face it… service and personal support is often lacking with many companies as soon as they have your payment!!
Their products, or at least the limed oak plank I chose was super quality. The carpenter who fitted was equally impressed and was able to complete the job to a high standard.

I bought dark/black wood flooring from this company a couple of years ago - very efficient and friendly service. The reason I am writing now is because, two years on, I noticed a bit of wear in the colour in some areas (totally normal) and didn't know exactly what I should be using to top up the colour. I did research online but still wasn't exactly sure if I'd get it right. So I sent an email off to this company and, to be honest, I didn't think I'd get a reply based on the kind of after sales service I have experienced at most places (what I call the "love 'em and leave 'em" approach). I was pleasantly surprised that Rob at this company responded with a very helpful email that not only recommended products but also gave some pros and cons and tips on how to manage any cons from some product choices. That is what I call good service. And for that I will recommend this company to anyone looking to buy wood flooring.
