I'm absolutely disgusted by the customer service and way I was treated I wish I had seen the reviews on them before purchasing via bnq . I have had mattress 2 months which isn't long hardly slept on due to the springs hurting my back . I have 12 months warranty but yet even tho it's been 2 months I'm not allowed to return or get a refund. the staff n manager are so horrible and arrogant laughing at me on phone the emails are shocking I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone . now stuck with a mattress I can't use

Good Company, Awful Delivery Service
The Sleep People didn't deliver my mattress when it was expected. The delivery company they use (DHL) completely screwed up and ruined the experience for me. Causing me immense stress. I appreciate delivery is technically out of a shop's hands but because firms no longer deliver their own goods, it's symptomatic of how UK brands are falling apart because of horrendous global courier services. Shame as it means I can't recommend them after my experience.

ZERO STARS IF OPTION! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Will tell you the mattress is coming but it will never turn up. After multiple phone calls still no mattress and just excuse after excuse and broken promises that it’s coming. As a business I do not know how they are still going after reading all the reviews this is happening to multiple people.

I am still waiting for delivery and all has gone very quiet. Why should. Have to download an app to check status. Very disappointed as I need this mattress, expected it to be here 2 weeks ago and paid for it immediately.

UPDATE: Finally received my Double Mattress from these "Cowboy's) only to find a Chicken Bone inside the box!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! NOT to mention the Mattress is NO WAY as described, it's NOT a"Memory Foam" mattress...
So soft (Not in a good way, as in a cheep and nasty way) this thing won't last 6months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I Ordered a small double mattress from B&Q was meant to be next day delivery should of been delivered on 21-08-25 by evri and got told today 02-09-25 that they will issue a refund as this has gone missing (how can you lose a mattress) I now have to wait 14 days for my money to be returned and the reason they gave in my refund invoice is customer changed their mind. Complete joke

Bought a mattress from "The Range" only to find out it's from this company! Item was NOT delivered, contacted this company and was told......"Evri didn't pick it up and we are also changing courier services" after a bit of digging around I found out that this company doesn't dispatch items and after reading their reviews....they use the same lies to everyone!!!!! They NEVER pick up the phone (Probably know there's a lot of customers chasing up their orders). My advice would be..... DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY & IF YOU'RE ORDERING FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WHO USE THIS COMPANY, SHOP ELSEWHERE. 🚨

Search online and found The Sleep People, and bought 2 Mattresses. The web site was easy to navigate and found the product I needed. Excellent quality, competitive pricing. Delivery was easy to track and at the time stated.
