Not only are Caroline and her team superb at what they do, they really do care about their clients/patients - they are so kind, understanding, patient and always happy to listen and help. I would highly recommend Mounjaro to anyone who is in/post the wonderful menopause period. The side effects are minimal, I lost weight steadily whilst still feeling well. This was helped with the reassurance the I had the support from Caroline and her fabulous team.

I have been using Mounjaro for 4 months - with no adverse effects - and have lost 2 stone and am now at a healthy weight for my height and age.

Stress and menopause over four years contributed to my 16kg weight gain and I knew I was sinking in to an extremely negative mindset!

I joined a gym and dropped 8kg with diet and exercise but the next 8kg just wouldn’t budge.

Skinny Jab was recommended to me by a friend who looked absolutely amazing. I was initially “anti” but did as much research as possible. I was fascinated by the “food noise” concept which explained so much of my weight gain.

After a positive, reassuring interview, I began Mounjaro and within a week felt like the positive person I’d been four years ago.

The weight loss was steady but the mental relief at being in control again was fantastic.

My diet is once more incredibly healthy and best of all, I have drastically cut alcohol consumption with ease.

The final 8kg have gone, I’m back to my happy weight, and I feel ten years younger.

Caroline has been 100% supportive and informative throughout my weight loss. A great experience I recommend to anyone struggling with weight gain.

I have used Mounjaro from The Skinny Jab company a few times, and am delighted that I can now keep to my target weight . Caroline and her staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive .Caroline is always available to speak to, and extremely knowledgable . Nothing is too much trouble, and she has also spent time talking to me regarding diet and health . The first time I needed to use it I was a bit nervous as I don't like needles .Caroline told me not to worry , but to call her when I received it, and she would talk me through, this was so very reassuring and gave me confidence to use the pen.She is always there to answer questions or give advice.

Caroline's sales pitch blew me away, but in my opinion, the level of clinical support and information shared is far too basic for the 'extra' money you pay for their offering.

1. The information on their shared links is in my opinion quite brief and basic. There is some conflicting information, some typos, and no science to back anything up.

2. The clinical support is, in my opinion, very basic; I messaged on day 5, "I have tummy pain.." The advice was to take peppermint tea or Gaviscon. I expected more clinical questions and guidance to help work out if this was serious. When the pain did not dissipate, and I messaged again, they advised me to stop taking it altogether as it might not suit me, so I had to go onto Google and TikTok that night to reassure me it wasn't a severe issue to be worried about.

3.If you wish to book an actual clinical consultation, I would have needed to wait three days when I tried.

4. I did not realise they source the pens from multiple providers, so you do not know where your actual pen is from. I would have liked to know where my pen came from i.e the name and the pharmacy's registration details.

5. The shelf life of this product is between 9 and 14 months, but I was sent a pen that expired six weeks later. Because I will have to take a break before trying again, this is a further disappointment for me. Given the demand for the product and the supply issues, I wonder where has this pen been?

6. Caroline said that, in her experience, only two patients she had dealt with couldn't continue with the drug. Today, I paid for a consultation with a private gastroenterologist to ask if I should continue with it. Interestingly, he said his clinics in London (both NHS and private) were flooded with patients experiencing stomach disorders from this medication. He said the manufacturers need to acknowledge the scale of the problem and patients need much better support and information.

In fairness, the medication certainly works! I have lost so much weight in 11 days and once my CT scan is complete and if I am given the ok, I will try again but this time with a provider that can offer either doctor-led clinical support or a cheaper provider that offers direct access to a pharmacist.

I really hope this detailed review helps you make an informed choice about your supplier. I tried so hard to make the right decision, and this journey has already taught me so much!

Response to SJ's feedback:

1) Caroline, is the CEO of this company, and therefore she will be invested in the success of the product. There is nothing wrong with stating her sales pitch was brilliant when it was?!
2) I never stated I was pressured to buy the product, so why have you written that? I started on Caroline's advice AFTER I returned from my summer holiday—hence the delay.
2) I did not spend an hour with Caroline. It was much shorter than that. 35 minutes top. She was late for the appointment, so perhaps that is why you are confused. I booked it via your online portal. She should not offer appointments to new clients if they clash with staff meetings. I don't believe that it is my fault, and it is completely irrelevant.
3) I did not know I was corresponding with Caroline as all of the text messages are only signed 'The SJ Team' or sometimes 'The SJ Clinical Team'. Why is there no consistency here, and why is there anonymity?
4)The clinical advice, in my opinion, WAS BASIC because when I texted the helpline at 18.26 complaining of the tummy pain after doing what was initially suggested i.e drinking peppermint tea and having a few sips of Gavison, of it being "a bit worse," the reply at 19.30 was, "If the abdominal discomfort is not subsiding, then maybe this just isn't for you." I am sure readers of this will agree that I was right to expect a little more when paying on average £80 extra for your "clinical advice" service.
5) I immediately replied requesting further advice because I was disappointed to just stop.
6) I heard nothing until the following evening at 18.37 from "SJ Clinical", who only THEN advised me to seek GP advice.
7)It's such a shame you didn't fully explain why you are selling stock that is soon to expire.

Started out with skinny Jab quite a few years ago actually going to meet Caroline and the team in their offices near Manchester was on the pen daily then. Have since started out with them again for the past few months using the wegovy the once a week pen. Have lost nearly 2 stone which I'm very happy about. I have a very busy life so have not had time for gym and partly used the diet information provided by the team. Mild side effects include stomach pain with 1st injections eases off as each day passes and sometimes feeling a little nauseous. The skinny jab might be slightly more expensive than other companies selling similar products but Caroline and team are always on hand on what's app to answer any questions and provide informative information to help me along the way. I would recommend this company as very trustworthy.

I have been on my skinny jab journey since October but have not took the pen consistently due to holidays being taken but still feel it has worked for me loosing around 1 1/2 stone. Not going to lie haven't followed any diet plan which was provided by the team or have not exercised due to work commitments. I feel if I had done both I would of lost more. Caroline & The skinny jab team are always on hand for a what's app message to answer any questions I have or to let me know if they have any offers on. I know there are other places this pen can purchased for a lower price

I have had a very positive experience of Skinny jab, they were recommended to me by a close friend. I have never taken any sort of slimming tablets/injections before but as losing weight is getting harder I wanted to give it a try. I contacted the team who were lovely and answered all my questions and when I received the injection pen they helped me and assisted me on how to use this, I have lost 71bs in my first three weeks, and I am very much looking forward to my next stage, I throughly recommend Skinny Jab, they are a professional organisation and the staff are wonderful.
