October wave

I joined the October wave. I had no idea what I was signing up for as I’d only seen Sara cox photo on facebook but I had some weight to lose so thought I would give it a go. I joined up but wasn’t too sure what plan to do so I emailed spr and within mins I had a response from Scott himself advising me which plan I should do. It was signature. I loved everything about it. Scott and the team really were there for me 24hrs. I could ask a question whilst cooking my dinner about my dinner and they would answer within minutes. I loved the fb page so much encouragement and guidance. The coaches and my fellow teammates were amazing. I also loved the accountability. I lost 19lb and so many inches. I was blown away by my day 75 photo. I finished the plan just over a month ago and using Scott’s ‘partying twice a week’ guidance have managed to keep the weight off. It’s hard but when day 75 comes the sense of achievement and pride is overwhelming. I will be signing up for another wave.

Women, stay clear of this program

It’s a real shame I feel the need to leave this review as I’ve completed the six pack revolution a couple of times previously without any issues.
In the early stages of my most recent wave of the program I found out I was pregnant so asked Scotty for advice. I needed to know what exercise was safe and what adjustments I could make, also I was really struggling with morning sickness and low appetite. All I could manage at the time to ensure I was eating anything was small bites of bread, banana or avocado on toast. Basically anything plain and bland. When I told him I was struggling with sickness and most food made me feel sick I wasn’t expecting his response. He said that everyone deals with cravings, not just pregnant people. Just because I was pregnant it didn’t mean I could cheat the diet, and it was no different to those on the plan who were craving beer. I was in shock that he compared me to someone who fancied a beer. He obviously has no idea how pregnancy works, you can’t use your mind to control the sickness the same way as you crave a drink.
I also found out a few weeks later when I spoke to my midwife that Scott had given me totally useless advice when it came to the exercises during pregnancy. My midwife told to stop doing abdominal exercises and twisting immediately, whilst Scotty suggested that these were totally fine to do, but I may choose to reduce the exercises for practical and comfort reasons as the bump grows.
Additionally I told him I needed to adapt my diet for a higher fibre intake but this was not possible to accommodate so ultimately I gave up, I paid for the whole wave but within the first few weeks I could no longer sustain it to completion.
He has no idea how to handle women, particularly pregnant ones. You’ll do fine on this program if you’re a man as it’s clearly designed to fit around male abilities. (I previously gained a shoulder injury from trying to do the amount of pushups expected from the wave, in my opinion men are far better equipped for this than women so it needs consideration and adjustment)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review however your recollection of this conversation is VERY different to mine. First of all, as you know me well enough as we’ve worked together along with my team extremely well on other waves, the last thing I would do is want you to feel anything other than heard and understood with bundles of support on top, so i apologise if you misheard or misunderstood what I said to you and that led to you writing this review.

The reason i know that you must of misinterpreted what i said because i specifically said to NOT do any abdominal exercises and you’re saying i sad to do them (i 100% did not) … what i did say was that exercise isn’t dangerous for your baby as long as its the correct exercise (you may recall me saying not to bungee jump or mountain climb )

I also do not compare you to someone drinking beer whatsoever, what I did say was we still need to manage the cravings if you want to follow the programme and to let me know if you were struggling so I can help you do that. I did offer you to defer until after baby’s was born but you wanted to stay in so what more can I do other than to offer you support at any time the cravings overpowered you??

Regarding nutrition…our programme incorporates a high fibre diet already and I also mentioned to you about the fruits and vegetables you could replace with that had an even higher level of fibre should you wish to switch them out and replace.

And finally I deal with several thousand women per year of which we have so many get pregnant on the programme due to the body working at it’s optimum we get a lot of ladies falling pregnant to the point I have to warn everyone on the starter zoom I run in prep week. I help soooo many every wave every year (literally hundreds)

Also 70% of our tens of thousands of participants are ladies and they have a life changing experience exactly as you did in your previous waves hence why you kept returning so to say this programme isn’t for women doesn’t make sense.

So again I’m not sure how you extracted that version of what I said and my intention every day of my life is to only help.

So contact me please as you have my number so we can discuss this wave that you say you wasted and I’ll help sort it all out for you.

I would recommend 100%

I would recommend 100% ! Scott and his team were hands on from day one all the way to the finishing line. Very supportive group of like minded people. This program has changed the way I see food, never thought I'd lose weight and shape up by eating 6 times a day but the results are there! haven't felt this good for a very long time, haven't even had to take any supplements at all (i used to a lot). I now re value what I actually eat, I drink a lot more water and don't rely on coffee to keep me going, in fact I now stopped coffee! If you are thinking about joining I would say be mentally ready and give it 100% it will change you for the better but you have to believe in the process, it will make sense in the end and the results will astonish you! Loved it and wish I could keep rolling from one wave to another if money wasn't on the cards. This wave was worth every penny! Don't hesitate, honestly the best decision I have made this year:-)

A great program

I made the decision to start the program as I knew I needed to do something. I was unfit and just didn't feel great. I signed up thinking that if it wasn't for me then I would just leave. However, what happened was that I started to really enjoy it. It's not easy and you do need to be prepared to push yourself a little - but it's not beyond most of us and you ultimately work to your own limitations. The exercises are simple but effective, and there are alternatives available if you can't do one for reasons of injury. I started to look forwards to my workouts and within a couple of weeks I was feeling and looking better. The meal plan is tasty but you can make your own meals as long as you follow a couple of principles. The motivation, support and feedback from the coaches is great and if you have any questions they are answered promptly in the group. There are also a few Zoom meetings with are very useful. I'm glad I did the program, and will likely go back again as it's great for making sure you get the workouts in and beats going to the gym. I would absolutely recommend the program no matter what stage of fitness you are at.

Beyone expectations: stop the fad diets and jon the revolution

I completed the "intensive" program and I must say, the results were incredible. I dropped 3 pants sizes and 28 lbs in 75 days. All while living my normal life. In addition to my travel for work, I spent a week at the beach, made two trips to Vegas, attended a wedding for 4 days and went to Thanksgiving dinner (all while staying on plan). The change in nutritional habits was fairly easy and fulfilling. The workouts were challenging, but still enjoyable. The coaching was spot on. Coaches were there as needed for encouragment, modifications and participation. I am in the US and the program HQ is the UK, but the time difference was not noticable. Quite frankly I would send a message not expecting an answer until morning (knowing the time difference) and they would respond. It's a bit crazy. I thought don't these people sleep?
Scotty, the founder, is a wealth of knowledge and inspiration. Some reviews say he is short, but think about it: he has 75 days to change you life. I found Scotty refreshing (he's not going to blow smoke up your ....). He's to the point, dry whitted, but most of all: caring. On every call we had, he stayed on until every last questioned was answered. For specific quesitons he says to contact him directly (and he responds very quickly).
We just ended our Wave (end of November) and I have already signed up for the January Wave. If you are thinking about it, make the commitment and join us in January. It's a no brainer.

The Six Pack Revolution is magic...(Signature Programme - Sep 2025 wave)

If you’re reading this and wondering whether to join, do it!! The course is everything people say it is, amazing, life changing and magic!
All the thinking and planning has been done for you all you have to do is follow the plan, if you do that you will get the results. I dropped 24lbs in 75 days.

The workouts are all very achievable and all adaptable, I managed to do most of mine in my lunch breaks. Progress comes quickly which is great for motivation and you bond very quickly with your group and keep each other going.

The coaches and all the SPR team are fantastic and I especially loved how accessible Scotty makes himself to everyone on the course, he is there 24/7 and beside you throughout it as are all the coaches.

Scott and all the SPR coaches are available 24/7, you get responses to questions and feedback on challenges within minutes.

The admin is just incredible, they’ve nailed every aspect of planning, communication and coordination. The nutrition Programme is brilliant, there’s a massive variety to choose from and plenty of treats so it doesn’t feel like you’re missing out on anything. The exercise challenges are just right, totally achievable and if you want to dial them up a bit you can or if you need to slow down or adapt them you can too.

It’s an incredibly well oiled machine!

I will most definitely be returning.

Best thing ever…

It is a cliche to say it has changed my life but it's true.
I feel and look better, I don't snore or suffer with sleep apnea. My dentist said my teeth were the best they had been in 20 years. I have gone from 25 % body fat to 18%. I have moved 4 belt holes and clothes that haven't fit me for 10 years now fit. The team have been great as have my fellow revolutionaries. What are you waiting for?

What a fantastic experience this has…

What a fantastic experience this has been with SPR. 75 days of such support and guidance in nutrition and exercise. Has completely transformed my relationship with both food and excercise and had amazing results. Highly recommend.

Put in the work, get the rewards.

I've done a number of fitness challenges as I like direction and structure when I'm training. The SPR provides this and more. Daily and weekly challenges keep you engaged and motivated, the coaches keep you accountable and give relentless support, and the nutrition (which is the key to it all) is varied and easy.
Is it easy? No. Is it worth it? Definitely. A reduction in caffeine and a zero tolerance attitude to booze during the 75 days made it tough for me, not to mention the final 3 day challenge. I never thought I'd ever crave Greek yoghurt!
Scottie is an inspirational character that will help you change your mindset. There is only ever positivity. He's the same age as me and the reason I gave it a go. He's straight talking with no BS which I liked. He also has amazing patience, I'm not sure I could answer the same question around, ' can I eat this?', 'can I drink this?' so many times and maintain a smile......If you go by the mantra, 'if it's not on the plan, it doesn't pass the lips', the rest will follow.
I'll certainly be signing up for another wave.

Follow this programme and you'll get results!

Follow this programme and you'll get results. It's that simple. I've just completed the May wave having never done SPR before and I'm very pleased with how it's worked for me. I did find aspects of it hard - in particular sticking to the water consumption, reducing caffeine and the last three days but actually, I didn't really crave convenience food or alcohol - Scotty is spot on about that. I would recommend the programme for anyone looking to make a step change in their health; who need support with diet discipline and motivation; and who want results in a reasonably short period of time.

If you do one thing for yourself- do this- life changing

Quite Simply, SPR works
I would urge everyone, regardless of age, weight, medical conditions etc to try SPR.
One decision you’ll never regret. Follow the 75 days to the letter and you can’t fail. It’s AMAZING!
I joined my first wave 30.09.24 when I weighed around 12 stone, at 5’4” tall and a woman of 58, my BMI was in the obese range. I lost approx 2 stone, my health - body, mind and spirit COMPLETELY transformed. I’m now on my 3rd Wave and have lost almost another stone in weight- now around 9 stone 3lbs. The recipes are so tasty and mostly easy to prepare, the exercises can be intense BUT did at my pace and have transformed beyond recognition. The support, second to none.
Be kind to yourself and try it!!

FABULOUS!

FABULOUS!

I joined the Feb 2025 wave of signature six pack revolution and absolutely loved it!

The structure is great, loved being given recipes, told what to eat, eating lots! Exercising all possible from home so easy to fit in - love battle ropes now!

My results were great, slimmed down, dropped a dress size.

BUT more importantly as a pushing 50, perimenopausal, full time working professional with teenage children, I feel the best I have felt for ages. My sleep as improved significantly, I feel calm and in control.

I thought I would miss alcohol (I love wine and margaritas) - I didn't. Have drunk a little after but it makes me feel like I have been poisoned

Post-wave I am now on maintenance which is working for me but I have really missed the plan the last couple of weeks. Planning on joining Sculpt next time, in either July or September.

Thanks to Scotty and the team of support in the groups who manage to make this feel like a very personal experience.

The BEST gift you could give yourself!

SPR is the BEST gift I’ve ever given myself. In spite of eating well and getting regular exercise, my body changed with age. SPR made me stronger and fitter and helped me regain a slim waist. It’s a solid framework for living a healthy life—no gimmicks, no BS, just smart, proven advice with a fantastic team for support. I recommend it to anyone, regardless of size, fitness level, or age.

A life changing experience!

I have done two waves now on the Six Pack Revolution and I have never found a programme like it. I did the Signature and Signature plus. The food is clean, delicious, quick and easy to make and makes me feel incredible. I loved eating six times a day and the shakes are delicious.

The exercises are achievable and I have gained so much strength through using the battle ropes and after my second wave I started to get some abs! The exercises change every week and I looked forward to the new release on a Saturday.

The online support from the coaches and admin were second to none and there was more than one time where I was wobbling mentally and wanted to give up. Scott and the coaches contacted me, and got me back on track through being positive and gently encouraging me to stay motivated.
I enjoyed the accountability of uploading to FB and the commenting was very encouraging. I really would like to try the app next time and I understand this is in development.

I have lost a total of 2.5 stone and have dropped two dress sizes. I plan to do the September wave and now have the tools to maintain what I have achieved. I will never go back to the overweight, unhappy person I was.

Simply do this to improve your Life...

I have trained - weights, cardio, running, etc. for 15+ years. Never ever have l experienced results like on SPR. I am fitter, healthier, mentally hugely improved and as a side bonus l lost over 3 stones in weight (this can be fully verified by accurate time scale and date weigh in).
The support offered by the coaches and Scotty is quite simply inspirational.
I have no words of how highly l can recommend this programme. It's simple - follow it, stick to it and the results will come. It's a scientific certainty. I understand and have time tried food and training experience.
So impressed that l've signed up to the Intensive wave in May. It's truly life changing.
Go forward, challenge yourself and improve your life for the better.

Life-Changing Program with Outstanding Support – Highly Recommend!

The Six Pack Revolution is hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I lost 2 stone, improved my health, and gained so much mental clarity. The program is brilliantly structured with six meals a day, minimal exercise, and a plan that truly works, if you stick to it, the results are incredible.

The support from the SPR team is phenomenal. The team leaders are always there to guide you, and Scott Harrison, the founder, is an absolute inspiration, his tough love and encouragement keep you going.

It’s not easy, but it’s so worth it. This isn’t just a physical transformation, it’s a full-body and mind reset. If you’re ready to commit and see real results, I can’t recommend SPR enough. 💪

I don’t want to give any more of my…

I don’t want to give any more of my money to Scott Harrison by purchasing shakes. I recently bought 2 bags of meal replacements and 1 back of protein powder, costing £120.

I’ve never had a problem before but this batch, particularly the protein powder just doesn’t mix the same and you end up drinking mouth fulls of clumps that turn into powder in your mouth. It really is unpalatable and unpleasant. I drew this to Scott’s attention thinking he would appreciate the feedback and he may have been able to draw it to the manufacturers attention if other people had complained. He responded in the most patronising manner, shifting the blame onto my technique and my storage conditions. I could have accepted the fact there could have been a problem with the batch. I wasn’t looking for a refund but his response of post them to me for testing was confrontational and rather than defuse a situation his aggression made things worse. He really has an appalling way of dealing with disputes and I have witnessed this on teams calls during the SPR. It’s such a shame!!
I would like to buy more shakes but I don’t want to line his pockets.

I am sorry you feel this way but let’s explain what rrealy happened. Not at any point did I blame you or attempt to pass the blame and if you’re happy to I can add screenshots of our conversation here. Just like any other company would do, I asked some questions to try and ascertain what may have happened as we’ve had no one else out of thousands of pouches mention this issue. Questions like “was it stored on a cool dry place, did you uses a nutribullet etc etc. That was not saying you were to blame, it was just to see if I could understand how it may have been happening. You then assumed I was blaming you and refused to have a conversation with me. I then also offered you a replacement too so I really cannot see what more I could have done.

If you PM me I have an idea how to get our relationship back on track and I think you will be very pleased. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Great results! A few things to make even better...

I have just finished my first wave of SPR, having been recommended it by a friend. Although I have managed lose a stubborn stone back to my pre-baby weight, which I am delighted by, the more exciting changes are my new attitude to filling myself up with good food and protein, and an addiction to the endorphins from exercise - neither of which I have ever had before. I felt well and strong, my headaches were better and my energy levels were higher. I really hope I can keep it up!

I can't give it any less than 5 stars for the above reasons, but I do think there are a few things to iron out:
1. I personally hated the use of Facebook. I do not engage with social media, and so I made a new account for this purpose. However, before long, my feed was being inundated with revolting tiktoks and fake news - and there was no way to get directly to the SPR page without seeing this. I also couldn't bring myself to post anything. I can't see why an organisation this successful can't come up with its own platform.
2. I wish there was a 'trial pack' for all the products. They are great but expensive - meaning you definitely don't want to buy one you hate the taste of. It would be wonderful if you could buy small one serving sachets of all the shakes, and single bars - when you start, so you know what you like most.
3. I got infuriated with the 'palm size' portion thing - which is okay if you are making one portion, but rubbish for batch cooking, where the margin of error is much higher, and then the proportions of everything are thrown out. I don't see why a suggested gram range cannot be provided next to it!
4. I also got slightly cross with the apparently random introduction of new recipes - which did not follow any pattern (is It just to keep you interested, I wondered?). It was especially irritating as I preferred to use the recipe book. Towards the end, certain recipes were withdrawn, which made a little more sense as it was tapering down the carbs - but it was just a bit overwhelming to keep track of, especially when I couldn't keep up with the reasoning. I ended up deciding there should be a colour code - like green - suitable for all phases, orange - just for the first two phases etc. There must be a clearer way to do this and help people cope with menu planning, and using the recipe book rather than their phones!

Regardless of above, I have recommended to two more friends who have signed up to October, and I tell everyone who will listen that this is better than Ozempic!

Fitter and feeling fabulous

Just finished my second wave on SPR, and start again for my 3rd sept 30th . I can honestly say this is the best eating plan ( won’t call it a diet ) ever . When signing up you get support from day one, been put into fb (closed) group where everything you need will be found . You get meal plans , recipes , exercise programmes , the full support of a coach , assistant coaches and Scott Harrison the founder 24/7 x yes it’s internet based but for me that works as I don’t want to sit in a room full of people discussing my weight and how good/bad I’ve been , been there and got the T-shirt !!! It’s for 75 days and trust me that soon goes . My advice is to plan and be organised , batch cook , and life becomes so much easier ..Scott is firm but he only wants the best for you and wants you to get the results and trust me it works… since March I have lost 2 stone , dropped 3 dress sizes , feeling fitter and happier . This programme is for all shapes and sizes , all ages ( I’m 65) all disabilities . This is the best thing since sliced bread ( which isn’t allowed🤣) well done Scott Harrison thank you for your support x

This works

I’d theoretically been ‘on a diet’ for about 20 years, without reaching an ideal weight for any length of time. I’d also been sitting in a sedentary job with no exercise for the same amount of time.
I did two waves in 2023, in March and July. It’s now one year since I finished the second wave. I waited until now because I wanted to see what happened afterwards before I reviewed the programme.
On each wave I lost over a stone and at the end of the second I reached a target weight that was even better than I’d hoped for, and one that’s perfect for me. I went down two dress sizes. My BMI was healthy and I was the fittest I’ve been for two decades.
And now, one year on? I’m at the same weight and BMI. Slightly less fit, because I never did like exercise, but I’ve continued to exercise every day, albeit not quite as intensively. And now I know what I could/should be doing more of, so that’s always going to be a goal.
The weight loss programme works, but – just as importantly – the maintenance plan works. At the weekend and on holiday I’m off-plan, but any weight I gain then is quickly lost.
It’s truly exhilarating to understand what your body needs and to feel freed from worries about size and health. It changes your mindset in lots of ways and makes you feel invincible.
The team and the support are great, and Scott gives an extraordinary amount of his time and energy to the participants. Highly recommended.
