I have been using sincura concierge for a few months now (as part of my credit card service with cornercard). Very impressive service - amazing turnaround time of responses, very friendly and helpful staff, and always manage to get my reservations. Love the app.
Never left a review in my life but then no-one has saved my life like sincura. Quite simply, 24 hours ago I wasn’t going to glastonbury despite shelling out thousands of pounds on tickets promised to me by a scam company. All packed, about to leave and devastated. A friend recommended sincura as the company that makes the impossible possible and I contacted them to help me out. 24 hours later - after a lot of work by the amazing team - and we are walking through the gates with a bell tent and hospitality access. Cannot thank the sincura team enough - you have a client for life here. Special thanks to Matthew who was incredible - even at 11pm at night.
The experience has been fantastic so far. They are always quick to respond with excellent customer service. I have mostly been using this service to book restaurants and bars. You can tell the team is extremely knowledgeable as their recommendations are always top-notch. Been following sincura for a while and watched their growth and the hype around the company. When I heard they were launching in Switzerland I had to see this myself. So I ordered a Cornèrcard Visa card to give me access to their white label service. Very impressed with their local knowledge in Switzerland, their app, their response times, and their professionalism. So far I have booked restaurants, travel itineraries, car hire, and they are helping me source Christmas presents for my wife (Hermes handbag). It’s only been a few months of using th concierge but it’s impressive. They genuinely know their stuff. Really friendly team and they seem to genuinely care.

I am an oversees business owner and use Sincura when I travel (mainly UK, USA, and UAE). They build me full itineraries, arrange my hotels and restaurants, and tickets to events. It has always been on my bucket-list to walk the red carpet at a film premiere. This year I turned 50 so decided to take the plunge and treat myself. I was being quoted thousands of pounds by other companies for tickets and was then recommended Sincura - who offered me tickets for free if I joined their film club membership (£35 a month). Too good to be true? I thought so, but decided the worst I could do was to lose £35.
I joined and the lovely team on the phone help me chose my film and booked it all in. They built my itinerary for the day, helped me with transport and hotels, and even booked me in for dinner at Gordan Ramseys afterwards (despite showing as fully booked when I tried to make a reservation).
3 days before the premiere no tickets had arrived - and i was getting worried. But the Sincura guys stayed in contact throughout and assured me that tickest for film premieres are notoriously released at the last minute to avoid forgeries. I need not worry as the next day they turned up, with an apology from my manager for the tardiness.
48 hours later I was strutting my stuff on the red carpet with all the stars at the London Film Festival. What an amazing experience, one i will never forget. Thank you Sincura for making my birthday!!!!
I would have given you 5 stars had it not been for the panic of the tickets not turning up - though the team did keep me updated and I realise it wasn't their fault.

I changed membership to The Sincura Group from one of their main competitors over a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever took. They are so personable and tend to every particular need I have. I can phone them or message them at any particular time of the day with any sort of request and it will be dealt with instantaneously. My wife and I decided on a very last minute dinner in London last week and no where could accommodate us but the team managed to get us reservations to some of the best restaurants and we then had the option to choose where we wanted to go. (We ended up in lucky cat, one of Gordon Ramsey's)
Our next request is trying to find places to go on a warm winter holiday and they are already providing us with such a vast option of places to go and also taking into consideration Covid, we thought it would be impossible. The team are really helpful especially as both me and my wife have very little time on our hands to organise a holiday and also making arrangements for our children for day care and activities during the day at the different hotels.
Their extensive knowledge of pretty much anything from hotels, restaurants and even removal men for our house just goes to show the vast contacts they have.
