BAD BAD BAD

Booked a holiday for 9 days trough LTUR.ch (TUI) for the SEASONS HOTEL BANGKOK

what the pictures are "saying" on the website are a FULL lie. My room and also from a German couple over there.... the quality, service are the worst I have ever seen for a 3 star.
Dirty, abandonned perfection, no repair. Walls dirty, not speaking shower, floor.

TUI says they can do nothing BUT they are selling it on their website.

So my friends and future guest..

1. Change your mind about this hotel

2. Change your mind upon TUI. They are defending the hotel... not you
