Would love to be able to review my paid…

Would love to be able to review my paid for rug but as if yet still not received the item.Was originally promised end of January but after chasing up and no effort on their part to offer information the rug would be on its way 13th Feb? Now 16th and no rug,no info,no concern.Wish I had avoided an online gang of cowboys and paid a reputable company for something in stock.Won't be using these jokers ever again.

I have spent hundreds of pounds since …

I have spent hundreds of pounds since 2018 with this company. Lovely rugs. Last spring I ordered a rug that didn't work, corresponded about return. Company went down but is now back up and running. I am still owed the money. Very very bad form. One would think in PR terms paying off small debts would be good practice. Otherwise we'll moan about bad treatment which will undermine the new company.

I have queried where my refund is after…

I have queried where my refund is after paying £50 to return my rug after trying it in the room amd not liking it. I have just had am email saying this company has gone into liquidation!!!
Atrocious to not give me a refund and sounds like a scam.

Tried to get a refund for a rug not…

Tried to get a refund for a rug not delivered. Message received to say they are looking into it and then a message received the second time saying they have gone into administration. This company continues to trade online despite already receiving a notification to say they have gone into administration.

Received an email this company has gone insolvent so won't be completing my transaction, but they kept my payment. Currently working with credit card company to get a refund. However their website is still active, do not buy from this company.

Don’t buy from this company I am also…

Don’t buy from this company I am also frustrated about their customer service , voice mail full when you ring , there is no live chat, and no response from two emails. I am very skeptical I will get any refund of over £150. I believe rug seller is also a scam of a company deceiving people they have an excellent customer service but it’s far from the reality .

I do not usually leave reviews but I am…

Update: this company has gone into receivership; do not buy from this company. I do not usually leave reviews but I am leaving this review because I have run out of any other option to contact the company. My rug was faulty upon delivery and this was immediately reported to The Rug Seller via email; eight emails later, including photos of the faulty rug, I have still not received a date for the faulty rug to be collected by a carrier as promised in email no 5. Due to this impasse, The Rug Seller has collected my money but does not seem keen to rectify their own mistakes to enable refunds. The Customer Service dept for this company is totally inept, the ‘phone number never connects to a person and the voicemail inbox is apparently constantly full. Emails are ignored and promises are not followed through. I would not recommend using this company to purchase anything.

Avoid this company

I am still awaiting my refund for my rug after a month of trying to get it. They admitted the rug was faulty in an email and twice said they arranged a pick collection. I had to wait in all day both times and no one ever turned up. I’ve tried to call and email multiple times and have been ignored. They only responded to my last review on here as it’s public. This company is not reliable. Read the reviews they take your money and have no type of customer service when there is an issue. I’m now logging a formal complaint with trading standards and I’ll issue a letter of intend. It’s now about principle of treating customers like this, you should not be able to get away with it.

Ordered Rug and no delivery

I ordered a rug for just under £200 on 5 February 2025 and it is now 8th March 2025 and o news about from the company about the rug despite several emails. No one answers the phone.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. Will be contacting the credit card company to see if I can get my money back.

Please be cautious when buying from companies like these.

No refund and no contact

I have been waiting since before Christmas for this company to deliver a rug I can actually use. I have had two and both have been faulty. Now they are not responding to emails.
Do not order from them as there is very obviously a problem.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a rug which I didn’t like and returned it at my own expense, which is fine. However the company have not refunded or acknowledge the return. The also haven’t replied to several emails and the phone number they provide is never answered and they have set it so you can’t leave a message. The company is a scam and this is not the way to treat customers! This is very poor service and also theft! The company is obviously not run properly and take peoples money unfairly even though the item has been returned. I have been waiting a month and heard nothing! I have had to contact my bank to get the money back! Avoid this company at all costs!
