I would never buy from this firm again…
I would never buy from this firm again a week i have been waiting for my items to go to post 7 days now & still not on there way . I paid up front but can not get my orders or a refund just keep been fobbed of i would advise people to look some were else .what a load of rubbish i did not hear from any one for 3 days until i emailed to find out were my orders is got told would get it this week but still not on its way were is the mug dont you even have them in stock .this is not the way to treat customers let them no what is going on stright away if not got items in stock & reund them asap not after a week. i just want my money back i dnt want to deal with cowboy firm who dose not let there buyers no were there items are

Thank you for your review, we take all good and bad reviews to heart.
As dissappointing as it is to receive a 1 Star review, this does not come as a surprise to us.
Let us led some light on this order.
We had a supplier issue (a Very Rare Occassion).
Ernest has emailed over 10 times, sometimes twice a day over the last week, we have replied to the majority of these emails stating the same answers, offering a refund AND still send his order out as an apology, surprisingly Ernest emailed this week saying he just wants his money back, (which was refunded and Ernest was notified) due to refunds taking a few days to get back to the customer through our site, we received a number of emails claiming to be fobbed off and wants his money back, which is completely fine and understandable, yet even though we have confirmed a refund has been processed a number of times to Ernest, he still asked the same questions repeatedly, it is of little surprise all of this customers reviews are 1 star, so we'll just leave that there.
