This is a scam site

This is a scam site. I placed an order and was sent a tracking number that NEVER showed movement on the items. When I contacted them, I wss giving the excuse that they are having a rash of items shipped out but just arebt showing movement by postal service. I reluctantly gave it a few more days and then contacted them last night to tell them to refund my money or I would consider this fraud and act accordingly. I was sent a refund email this morning. So let's think about this for a minute....you shipped the item but immediately sent me a refund and it could possibly still get here if its just not showing movement online?? Yeah riiiiigt!! This seems to be a new scam going on with various site because we had this happen somewhere else recently also! Dont fall for it folks!!! This is a complete scam site!!!!!

We understand your frustration with USPS not scanning in your package or updating the tracking. We confirmed with our warehouse team it did go out with our other USPS packages on 1/27.

Tracking not updating from 'Awaiting Shipment' is an issue we see once in awhile with USPS. We find that 99% of the time the tracking randomly updates showing the package halfway through USPS's system within 2-4 weeks of the item picked up [which we agree is ridiculous]. We know that doesn't make it any less disappointing and are always happen to offer a reshipment when this happens.

Our team issued you a full refund after you declined a replacement package on 2/6. Not impressed. Buy clothes elsewhere.

I bought 4 items from them and they are not good quality. The sweater smells funny, and is wide and short. The plaid shirt is a weird material, also with a funny shape- wide and shorter, and my husband who wears a large was able to put it on. A t shirt fit ok, and a plaid jacket is marginal at best. I took a chance because I needed some clothes and they looked cute for a good price. Unfortunately three of the four items don’t fit and are cut funny and smell weird. The fact that you can’t return clothes for credit is ridiculous. Even SHEIN allows returns and you know the quality could be lacking. Guess I’ll stick to Amazon for online shopping because I’m not out money when the clothes don’t work.

Pleasant experience by customer service…

Pleasant experience by customer service after a shirt I couldn't return was honored as a return. I didn't realize you couldn't make a return if a sale or coupon was used. Anyways Pulse made good on the issue and I will continue shopping with the boutique. They really have the cutest and most comfortable clothes. Check them out :)

I’m addicted to their ribbed tank tops!

I’m addicted to their ribbed tank tops! I live in Florida, so I wear a ton of tank tops and had been searching everywhere for good ones, then my friend recommended The Pulse Boutique! Their ribbed tank tops are super comfy, very flattering, and so so cute! I’m so glad I found the pulse!

Cute…Expensive…Poor Quality!!!

I find the clothes to be very cute but the quality is lacking. I just feel that, for the quality that you’re getting, they should be charging 1/2 the prices that they are. Disappointed!!!

I am always hesitant to by from online…

I am always hesitant to by from online boutiques because there are too many scam sites out there but I am glad I tried this site. I have liked everything I have received and I have no concerns about quality. I don't agree with their no return policy on sale items but so far I have lucked out and everything has worked. I like that many of this tops can be dressed up or down.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, NO RETURNS!

the item comes and not true to size, I go to exchange for a smaller size and find no returns as they gave 25% off discount. This should be notated when you order. I would never order again from this place. The Eye Catching Elegance Floral Tank Top, the zipper in the back was sewed on backwards!

Hesitant but ultimately happy

I was hesitant about ordering online since it seemed the reviews were mixed. I am happy to report that I had a wonderful experience. My items were shipped out quickly and they appear to be of decent quality. (If you shop at boutiques, you know you aren’t getting high end apparel). I did go off the sizing charts and not just what I would normally order size wise. I got a medium in one top and a large in the other based on the sizing charts and both fit perfectly. I will for sure be ordering from them again.

I ordered a shirt from them

I ordered a shirt from them, and 6 weeks later, I received a completely different cheaply made item, not even a shirt, but a 2 piece silky thing
they wont respond to my email, informed paypal my package was delivered so paypal closed my complaint.

We are based out of Newton, Iowa, so any orders through our website: www.thepulseboutique.com will take a week or less to arrive [excluding pre-orders].

We are working with our lawyers to get the scam site taken down, but sadly it's a long process.

Cute clothing, fast shipping

As a 55 year old, it's hard to find clothing that isn't too young looking (too tight or cropped) or too old looking (too loose and shapeless). I've had great luck with Pulse! The clothing is good quality and I've been happy with almost everything that I have purchased. The clothing has lasted me several seasons so far.

Shipping is very quick, sometimes shipped within a few hours. Each piece of clothing has measurements listed, making it very easy to tell how an item will fit. I also love how they have usually have two different sized models wearing each piece.

They always have sales (BOGO or up to 40% off), so I would recommend getting on their text list. I resist looking when they have new arrivals and wait for a sale. :-) You can also earn points with your purchases and create your own sale. Also beware that anything discounted 25% or more cannot be returned. This is stated on the order when the order is placed, but some may miss it.

Watch out for Tricky practice with promotion

I liked their style of clothes but this review is about a tricky practice. They do not allow you to return a product when it’s discounted by 25% or more. I can agree on final sale for clearance, but for a new style promo? Then it does not state FINAL sale on the order so you don’t realize you can’t return the brand new items at a promo discount. Shameful.

HIgh price for the qaulity

Cute clothes but the quality is somewhat less than I expected considering the price. Most materials are very stretchy and will be distorted after a wash, and most items are handwash only. They pick easily too. After I have placed an order I will get an email a day ot two later with the same items on sale, very disappointing.

My new favorite place to shop

So far I've ordered twice from The Pulse Boutique. Their shipping is very fast (I live in MN and they ship from IA so that could have something to do with it). Their clothes are exactly as pictured. I recommend NOT following the sizing chart as it appears to be the same generic chart for every item. If you click on an item it will give you more specific measurements for that particular piece and will generally tell you if it runs large or small. I also read the comments to determine sizes when I wasn't sure. Of everything I've received so far there's only been 1 item I'm exchanging for a different size. The only downfall is having to pay the shipping to send it back. They seem to come out with some random 1 day sales which is helpful. I look forward to continuing purchasing from this store.
For those this matters to: on the labels of everything I've ordered it does indicate it's made in China.

Frequent sizing Issues - Incorrectly Marked Merchandise

I think their merchandise is really cute and I have zero issues with quality. I'm satisfied with the quality, but their frequent sizing issues (incorrectly marked items) & their inability to send me the right size regardless of how many times I've ordered from them has made the entire process grueling and stressful. I'm a tiny woman (5'4 and 105 lbs). I always order XS, but everytime I receive anything from them, it is literally the size of a tent. There is no way, absolutely no way, what I've been receiving are Extra Smalls. I'm too small for a small even and I'm pretty sure one sweater was marked XS, but was probably a Small. Another sweater marked as XS was probably a Medium, & the other sweater was probably a Large. Literally 3 of me could fit into it. I don't understand the disconnect. I'm the same size as their thin model and also shorter. I don't spend money to buy clothes that make me look frumpy because I'm wearing the wrong size. They really need to get it together. I just ordered one more item in an XS from them. If I receive the shirt and it's gigantic again, I am done with this company and they are never getting my business again. This is how you lose business. [I will write a follow up once it is received].

Honest review to help the next lady in line..

Pricey items,ok..I agree to pay as I order but this is literally FAR BELOW Walmart quality, zero of my attempts to use Pulse has came anywhere near Target. I can't even think of anywhere that sells more odd shaped, low quality, off clothing than Pulse. I'm done wasting money,time and efforts on this company with zero class or concern for quality.

Had to stop ordering from them

Had to stop ordering from them. I hate that you have to return within 2 weeks of the purchase date (NOT when the order was delivered) in order to get a refund - if you do it later, it has to be exchange or credit. I recently ordered something and was out of town when the order was delivered. By the time I got the package, I think 3 weeks had passed. They did not make an exception and I was forced to do store credit. I didn't argue because policy is policy - I just think it's a crappy policy, especially since I have spent SO MUCH MONEY with them. I also think their prices are just way too high. A sweater can be as much as $45. I wait for sales, but typically they run out of stock VERY quickly and I think that is a ploy so that people don't wait until they have sales to buy something they really want. I did buy a pair of pants for summer that were $30, I think, and they ripped after 4 or 5 wears and I'm talking they ripped all the way down so there was no fixing them. I didn't bother telling them because I can't imagine they would have done anything. I also think the points in their rewards program are meaningless. They give a lot, but you don't get that much and the sales they occasionally have give you a better discount.

Impressed with customer service and clothes

I placed my first order from here and was so impressed with the sweaters I ordered. Unfortunately one had a slight mess up on the stitch. (I don’t believe at fault of Pulse, just something that happened probably during manufacturing). I reached out to customer service about exchanging for the same sweater and they replied within hours to help me! Overall happy with the product but would order again based off the customer service.
