I tested 8g shilajit as I did not see a bad review. My shilajit was great and I got what I ordered! It was as described from UK

I will post here my email I sent to the positive company, a day after resolving the issue of them only sending me half of my order. I sent this on August 3rd, 2025, still waiting for a reply 3 days later...

Sorry to bother you again. I'm just curious why your company chose to outsource your products with the enchanted waters brand? I finally tried it in my coffee this morning and it tastes so rancid that I don't think I'll be able to finish it. My husband and I have been trying different brands of shilajit for over a year now, and while I know the flavor is anything but favorable, it is always at least tolerable. Unfortunately that is not the case with this stuff and I'm honestly afraid to use it anymore so it will most likely be thrown out. I would really hate to waste the remaining $89 I spent on this product ordering it through your company, especially when I saw on the enchanted waters store that it sells for just $25 (I will attach the screenshot I took of that this morning.) I'm honestly still feeling very confused and now a bit disappointed with all of this new information. I thought with a name like "the positive company" that I would have nothing short of a positive experience, even if it was a bit on the expensive side. Unfortunately that is proven to not be the case at all, and I feel I should warn everyone else that is trying to use your platform to shop for anything. 

I ordered Shilajit and Tongkatali from this website. It arrived within 4 days and they even added a positive note for me. Will shop again.

I only read the reviews after ordering to which I was a bit apprehensive.
Any apprehension quicky disappeared when I received shipping notifications.
So top marks there.

My only hope is like me when you get good customer service you let your wallet do the talking. I will and will order again from this site.

I placed an order, and apart from the automatic email confirmation, I heard nothing from the company for 11 days. I sent an email to check on things and got a response the next day saying they would look into it, but there was no apology or urgency. I requested a refund via paypal which the company approved a few days later. I got my money back and placed my order elsewhere, but I'm not very impressied with over two weeks of my time being wasted with no apology. Would not recommend.

Quick delivery and good communication about the product

I ordered my anti mosquito set here and they were able to ship it out with express delivery to make it on my trip.
