5 star service highly recommended
First time i have used this compamy an i am very impressed with the service. Where is our refund?
We were looking to purchase some items from this site, (1) off 1000mm x 100mm x 5mm thick B34 Polyamide Glass panel @ £472.15 - we paid the proforma, there was an issue with what we wanted and what they had which didn't suit us so we had to cancel the order. We are still waiting for a refund two weeks later. Luckily we were able to source the product required for a lot cheaper than their quote - but still waiting for the refund......

Easy, straightforward order for machined acrylic sheet
The Plastic Shop were a great local company in Coventry to work with. I created drawings of what was required and these were quickly turned around into the parts I required for a work based project. For any future projects The Plastic Shop will be my first go to.

A great, helpful and professional resource!
I was looking for special plexiglas to protect artwork from damaging sunlight and The Plastic Shop was very helpful in finding the right solution, answering my questions and providing sound advice. The product arrived in good shape, carefully packed and when I had a query about mounting the material, I had excellent email follow up that was friendly, helpful and beyond my expectation. The website had lots of choice and was easy to use. The customer service team were really helpful when I initially ordered the wrong size sheet of perspex as the site uses mm not cm, so if in doubt call the team, they are great and gave very good advice. Sophie's Great Customer Service
I ordered some corrugated plastic sheets and selected the option to have them cut for free to my specific requirements. I mentioned in the description how many I need for my project. I had a call the same day from Sophie at The Plastic Shop to confirm if my order was correct, I only required 4 cut sheets and my order would have giving me 15! I changed my order from 5 sheets in total to 2, which would give me 6 cuts in total including 2 spare. I was really impressed with the swift response on Sophie's part to confirm the order. Very much look forward to using this company again really pleased and impressed. Thanks very much again, saved me £100!
