I contacted phone monkey by phone on tuesday to make some enquiries. They were very helpful on both occasions. I ordered my item late tuesday and it was delivered to me on Friday. Very efficient and fast and friendly service. It is always a bonus when you can actually talk to someone when you are purchasing an item. Thank you.

Ordered a brand new I phone se at the cheapest price I could see anywhere! Phone came three days later perfectly sealed in box... delighted with the service and contact was a breeze! I would highly recommend this company!

The service I received from The Phone Monkey was first class. They were very efficient and helpful. I returned my purchase as I managed to get my own phone fixed. They were equally as efficient and friendly in processing my refund. I would highly recommend dealing with them.

Brilliant service , I first heard about monkey business on today FM so I gave them a call I was looking for a battery for my old phone spoke to a very helpful gentle man , anyway after a few days he called me back , he had rang all his contacts but to no avail , wasn't surprised as the phone was old , anyway the next day I rang the store again , spoke vanessa ordered a phone on fri it was here next day , that is what I call brilliant customer service, also she told me any problems at any time she would be delighted to help, thanks a mil, long may ye continue , merry xmas to all
