Booked an appointment about an hour before i walked in and got a warm greeting and they helped me straight away.
Staff is well mannered and adapts to the customer they are helping at that moment.
Great explanation about what was going on and what my options were going forward to fix my phone.
Unfortunately mine was so broken (motherboard) that it wasnt viable to repair it.
Will definitely come back here in the future if needed

I do not recommend at all. I made an appointment 3 days ago to replace a speaker, I came to their store and they told me they did not have it in stock and that I would have to wait. So I came from 35 minutes away with an appointment 3 days ago to be told they did not have it on the stock.Avoid as long as you can!

Great service, rather than just taking the laptop and start repairing they really took the time to understand root cause and cost to repair. Advice was in the end not to repair, which I really appreciate! Will come back to this shop, they are trustworthy

I've gone to the store in Tilburg to inquire the cost of changing a cracked screen. The guys in the store were very professional and helping and even if they did not have a price for me right away they got in contact the following day to let me know how much the cost would be. Since the repair was quite expensive they also worked with me to offer me cheaper alternatives.

Robert was professional and courteous. He called me before my appointment to tell me that they might not have a part I needed. And when I got there and it turned out I needed something else, he quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me clear advice, which was to replace the phone instead of repair it, given the comparative costs. He charged me nothing for the diagnosis, and helped me make the best decision. I really appreciate it.
