ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I paid over 100 dollars on the flower print for Mother’s Day and I never received it in time… or at all… it was stuck saying label created for over a week then when I asked for a refund they refunded me 10 dollars out of the 120 I spent…. Absolutely ridiculous! I am complaining everywhere I can so no one has to go through this nightmare I have….

Ordered a print for Mothers Day, paid extra for express shipping for arrival by Mothers Day. Package still says, “label created” without update for 5 days. Read the other horrors stories about the exact same experiences and people not receiving their products or any communications. Don’t buy.

Would not recommend. I am trying to order a flower print for Mother’s Day. I have sent the names and order I would like them to be in. I submitted it and each time they send a preview it continues to be in the wrong order or missing names completely(7x now).
Once product arrived my mom’s name was spelled incorrectly.
Disappointed.

I have never been so disappointed in a gift before.
I thought (from there description of the product I would be purchasing) they were going to produce my photo enhanced by a human What I actually got was a print of my photo with computer generated paint splodges and computer generated words that I’d asked to be added.
It is a print on thin paper. Not a “hand drawn portrait by real artists, not AI”
No way worth £55!
I had looked at reviews before ordering but didn’t see that on Trustpilot the positive five star ones are posted on only two dates….. that’s strange. I’m guessing now none of these are true people.

Title: Damaged Product, Zero Accountability, and a Customer Service Loop from Hell

I ordered a custom photo print from POC Gifts weeks ago as a personal gift. What arrived was damaged—the frame broken and unfit for purpose. I contacted them immediately, provided every piece of evidence they asked for: photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label—all within their 24-hour window.

That was the start of a long and painful exchange that has dragged on for weeks. I’ve sent multiple emails, made the situation clear each time, and formally requested a refund more than once. Each time, I received the same robotic, scripted response telling me they would “recreate and reship” the order. They completely ignored what I wrote, including my clear statement that the product was a gift and that reshipping it now serves no purpose.

Their own refund policy states that if a product is damaged in transit, they will “replace it without question.” Yet they have refused to follow even their own policy or consumer protection laws, which entitle customers to a refund when goods arrive damaged. Instead, they’ve chosen to stonewall, ignore every message that doesn’t fit their script, and hide behind the excuse that it’s a “custom” item—as if that somehow makes them immune to basic consumer rights.

Their customer service is non-existent. Every response sounds automated and dismissive. They show no accountability, no ownership, and no understanding of what good service looks like.

POC Gifts sells themselves as a brand that “crafts with care.” In reality, they deliver damaged goods and then spend weeks refusing to take responsibility. I’ve never dealt with a more unresponsive or unprofessional company.

If you’re thinking of ordering from them, don’t. The risk isn’t worth it. You’ll get a damaged product, endless excuses, and a fight to get your money back.

Very poor experience with this company. Ordered a product that said "guaranteed by mother's Day", it arrived 3 weeks after mother's Day! That is not even the problem, the product arrived damaged with a chipped corner of the frame. The company only would give partial refund even though it came damaged. My mom has a very nice house and isn't going to hang up a damaged picture! Don't trust the "happiness guarantee" on the website or the "shipping guarantee".

Ordered a product for Mother's Day. Was guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day. Paid for Express shipping. The proof went to junk mail. I was not notified the project went into production. When I followed up a day later (knowing I paid for Express), they said it was in production already. I was unhappy with the design. They "stopped production" and went ahead and made changes without my approval to do so nor did they mention any shift in timeline due to this. The changes were negligible and still not satisfactory but I approved it thinking time was of the essence. Again, no mention of a shift in timeline.

The product arrived over a week late, missing Mother's Day and a personal delivery—putting me out more money to ship it again. The quality of the product was cheap upon inspection. Came from India (they said they have manufacturers all over).

They also don't offer direct phone customer support. Went back and forth in email slowly only to receive the same canned responses and messages multiple times (they were responding at 4AM everyday, again likely not in the USA). They offered to refund $3.99 in shipping or give me a 20% discount on buying more stuff from them. Hard pass. 0 awareness for customer service and communication.

Absolute garbage. Ordered a custom Mother’s Day “canvas.” Artwork looked ok but as soon as I saw that the product was being shipped from India, I had a feeling it was going to disappoint. Came broken in half because it was packaged in a thin cardboard box with nothing rigid to protect it. Was in fact not a “poly-cotton canvas” as stated on their website. It was a non-crisp image printed on thick paper. The frame was held together by cardboard and yellow packing tape. Gave the company plenty of opportunities to right the situation. Was offered a $20 refund and to be shipped the same product again. Worst experience.

Horrible don’t but from here it’s a scam and fraud. I asked for a custom painted picture with a frame. They said their artists create custom paintings but they do not. If you expect real paint and an artist go somewhere else. They sent me a draft of a computer generated background of my picture that look like they just applied a filter to my picture. Nothing custom or painted about it. And when I asked for a refund they refused because they claim they’re artist already already started the draft which was not true because how’s could you start a draft if I’m supposed to approve before sending. When I received it I realized how much money and time I wasted it arrived late and was something you can do on your own computer and print at Walgreens. There are so many companies that do custom paintings don’t waste your money on this one.

Be very careful. Fraudulent company never shipped product ans kept giving fake tracking. Reported to my credit card company after 3+ weeks waiting. Go to CVS or Walgreens to print on canvas same day at fraction of this price!

A treasure! I'm thankful for the attention to detail and the comfort it brings during this difficult time.

Delighted with my picture, bought for a christmas gift and I know it will be really liked. Will be getting more for friends and family in the future, makes a really likely gift and a very reasonable price, well worth it!

This is my 4th Pets on Canvas purchase. I absolutely really like them! I've given as gifts as well. They are always well received. Highly recommend for yourselves, friends, family.
