I honestly couldn’t be happier with this dental practice. The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming and comfortable, which really helps if you are someone who gets a bit nervous about dental visits.

The team members are genuinely friendly and personable. They take the time to chat, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel at ease.

The service is always professional and delivered to a very high standard. Every visit has been smooth, well organized, and handled with great attention to detail. I always leave feeling confident that I have received the best possible care.

I have just finished a 14 months of
extensive treatment by Dr Bloom and his team.
My teeth were in a very poor state but now I have an amazing teeth and an amazing smile.
Dr Bloom is extremely talented and professional and guides you through each step of your dental treatment giving you the best advice.

I cannot rate this company, its front of house staff and the amazingly talented team of dentists that practice here highly enough. The treatment I received here has been life changing and I cannot thank Dr Biju Krishnan enough for fixing my crooked teeth that I had hated my entire adult life. I had previously been told and believed for years that my teeth could not be straightened unless I had four extractions and then around 2.5 years of fixed braces. As I have an overwhelming fear of having teeth pulled out and do not believe in extracting healthy teeth I just lived with my teeth as they were.
Biju reassured me on my first visit that he could straighten my teeth within 6 months, without any extractions and minimal pain/discomfort. He was absolutely right and I would go as far as to say I found my treatment a pleasant experience. In only 5.5 months my teeth were perfectly straight, white and beautiful. Biju recommended I have a small amount of bonding on my two top front teeth for best results. I was extremely apprehensive about this as I was worried that my teeth would end up looking false/unnatural. I need not have worried as the results far surpassed my wildest dreams. They look absolutely amazing and so natural. Although cosmetic dentistry is not cheap I do not regret a single penny spent on getting my teeth fixed here. It's the best money I've ever spent. Thank you so much Biju and your amazing team. As I kept telling you, not only are you an amazing dentist you're also a magician! ;-)

I had huge gaps and a large overbite, I went to Perfect Smile Studio to close my gaps and today I have finally taken off my braces and the results are way more than I expected and anticipated , my smile has been transformed and I cannot emphasise enough how beautiful and confident I feel now, the treatment didn’t take that long and I did not only close my gaps but also managed to close my overbite and changed my smile forever. The service provided from the receptionist to the orthodontist (Biju) were more than exceptional. It’s a pity there aren’t any more stars to be given for this review. I contacted 6 dentists in total before going with the perfect smile they offered me the best price and package combined. Throughout the whole process the team have been fantastic and accommodating to my every need. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I recently completed my treatment with Sam, Christina and the team at The Perfect Smile in Hertford and the results have been amazing, I have had broken teeth for years which were getting worse and I was continually biting my mouth, I had trouble eating and was embarrassed to smile but now after six months of treatment I cant stop smiling and can eat without worry. I cannot recommend The Perfect Smile more. Thanks

The Perfect Smile Clinic Hertford provides without doubt the best cosmetic dentistry in the area. My journey has taken 10 months, I have had my teeth straightened, whitened and an implant for a molar which has been missing for 23 years. The result is brilliant. The part I feared the most was the implant, yet I felt absolutely nothing. The talent of the dentistry is amazing and all the staff are lovely. If you have been putting off getting work done, just go for it with these guys.

A place that does exactly what it says on the tin, produce a Perfect Smile. I’ve always been insecure about my teeth, so when I finally took the leap of faith and decided to fix my smile once and for all, Dr Sagar and the team at The Perfect Smile couldn’t have been any more welcoming and professional. I’ve now been a patient with them for over a year, most of it being during a global pandemic, to which they still managed to carry on my treatment and give me the quality treatment I paid for.

I initially enquired at Perfect Smile for composite bonding however after my consultation, we discussed various options and I decided to start my Invisalign journey first before finishing off with composite. Sagar made me feel so at ease the whole time, he's extremely gentle and always makes you feel the most comfortable. I'm so so pleased with the outcome and still get compliments on my teeth all the time. Sagar is always contactable by phone if I have any questions which is massively appreciated. Would recommend him to anyone, wouldn't go to anyone else now!

I’ve recently finished my dental treatment with Sam and the team at the Perfect Smile Studio and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. I had become increasing conscious of my teeth since spending many hours on zoom calls due to working from home (during lockdown etc). I meet with Sam, who has been fantastic start to finish, and he explained clearly and in easy to understand language what improvements could be achieved. The process took several months but at every stage I felt very informed and in control. I thought my trial smile was good but the end results are truly fantastic. I would advise anyone thinking of dental treatments to speak to Sam and the team.

I had my first veneer Fitted at perfect smile studio 4-5 years ago and I was very happy then and I had another 8 veneer fitted again and just completed last week , My dentist is Sam and the team were truly amazing.

I have been going to see Sam Jethwa and his team for dental treatment for a couple of months and have just finished my treatment. Being a very nervous patient I was apprehensive, however, I am over the moon with end results of his careful and meticulous dental work. He came up with a plan of improvements for my smile and worked out the treatment explaining all of the options. I never used to smile or show my teeth, I was so conscious of the way that I looked. He never judged the condition of my teeth and explained exactly how he could improve my confidence with a new smile. Every step of the way he explained what was happening and how long the procedures would take. I never suffered any pain and I can honestly say that my teeth look completely natural! I cannot thank him and his team enough for their professionalism. I would highly recommend contacting Sam to anyone who wants to improve their smile. I can't stop smiling now!

The perfect smile dental studio's greeted me very warmly,they made me feel very welcome, the clinic is very clean ,and tidy My dentist was Sam ,a lovely gentleman who explained and discussed my treatment plan throughout every stage ,from teeth whitening to having my veneers fitted .

I had 8 porcelain veeners fitted with sam, he was very thorough in explaining what we would have to do to achieve my goal smile. Sam fitted me some temporary veeners for 2 weeks to make sure I was completely happy with my smile and then he could adjust anything I disliked. He was always reassuring me throughout the whole experience. I couldn’t recommended going to him enough. Pleasure to of had my teeth done with him.

I've visited perfect smile twice. On my first visit, I was disgusted by Doctor Sam's abundant rudness. I decided to return after a few years later, hoping I would be embraced by a different experience, but ,unfortunately, it wasn't. He was just as rude, intolerable and horrible as the last time. For the absorbant price that they are charging, one would think that the customer service would be great, exclusive or desirable, if they are charging 1200 for each vineer. I complained about his nastiness towards me on the 15/03/2022, but no one from the practice got back to me. I guess the customers money is more important than their dignity. Simply...undeniable bad customer service.

Thanks for straightening my teeth with Invisalign. It did take 6 months but Gurs was amazing and keeping me focused 🙂🙂 and the braces on even whilst out clubbing. Wendi
