Everything was great and elves stayed in character the entire time.
Worth every penny, my 6 year old loved it. The build a bear was great. The Santa was the best I've seen and his room looked magical. The snowball room was excellent, we had a good 5 minutes or more just us as a family having a snowball fight we was then joined by an elf who also joined in the snowball fight for a minute before taking us to the next section. Cute little train ride. Nothing felt rushed. Letting the kids pick their own toy out was good and the toys are decent quality. Ended the day in the gift shop, my son won some bubbles in the lucky dip so was very pleased, and we purchased some biscuits from the kiosk.
My son really believes he went to the North Pole so I would say a job well done.

Having visited the last few years, we've just again for this Christmas. Even though prices have had to increase it's still the most reasonable and interesting offering out there, plus so much availability & prices don't change due to the dates you book. Keep doing what you're doing, my kids love it. Thank you!
