Shut down without warning. Scam.
This company shuts downs accounts without any warning or explanation.
I was a Diamond user who thoroughly answered surveys and earned many points over the course of months. Out of nowhere, I started seeing no surveys or offers.
I wrote to ask if there was an issue, and they told me that they closed my account and gave the same generic macro without any answers. Absolute scam.
There needs to be a warning or escalation process because I have no earthly idea why they did this other than I was earning perhaps too many points. I answered every survey thoughtfully.
Their customer support team has been poorly trained and only uses canned responses. I don’t fault the agent, but the process set up. It needs to be updated to be fair to users who have dedicated time.
