I did not receive what I ordered

I did not receive what I believe I ordered. I wanted "sparkly" pens, meaning the ink, not the container! When I contacted the company with my concerns, they sent me their return address and did not address my concerns at all. I feel it is blatantly unfair that I have to pay the postage in BOTH directions for the wrong product. I would welcome resolution. BT

Lovely pen

I chose this red striped Sheafer pen as a treat for myself. It was reduced in the sale and I was happy to pay that price. It came quite quickly and I was really pleased with it. It writes smoothly, as you would expect.
