The customer service from Joe & Emily was outstanding from beginning to end.

They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even reserving the item for me while I arranged the payment etc and once everything was ready the delivery process was seamless.

This cabinet was a gift, and the recipient is extremely happy with it. Its absolutely beautiful.

You don't come across genuinely great customer service as often these days, so this was such a breath of fresh air. Nothing felt like too much trouble, communication was excellent throughout and the whole experience was effortless.

I love the Old Cinema in fact I could happily live in there so many wonderful pieces of furniture whetebIvfound my dream sofa.The team at front of house couldn’t be more helpful as living on the Isle of Wight needed transportation again they came up trumps & with their recommendation all arrived safely thank you so much until the next time kind regards Moira

Great Range of mid century pieces and all well presented. Knowledgable staff and good service. Would be good if they could find a faster courier or perhaps have a premium for express delivery. 15-20 days can be a long time in some circumstances

Looked for a good quality large weathered teak garden seat for ages - found it on The Old Cinema website.
Delivery was efficient and it lol segregation in our farmhouse garden.

Delivered in a few days, VERY well packaged. And it was in great condition, just as advertised on the website. Also had a great experience with the delivery team - went for the 2 man delivery and glad I did that.

The staff were polite well informed and helpful. The object I bought was authentic. The stock overall in the shop is attractively laid out.
My one issue is the lack of a lift as I have mobility issues but understand it is an old building.

I've used The Old Cinema several times for both small and larger purchases and from purchase through to delivery and any subsequent queries they could not be more responsive and helpful. I've never experienced anything other than first rate customer service. Our favourite furniture store in London!

We are very pleased with our unusual coffee table. It was protected well in transit. Couple of marks on the legs which are new wood but they will hopefully polish out with time. Would have been 5* if the communication had been better. Rang up a couple of times to see what was happening and then received email from a delivery company, not Old Cinema, to say date it was coming. Received request for feedback before it actually arrived, which is always slightly irritating.

Web site had seen item in store and ordered on line given good choice of delivery options.Ladderex storage delivered to door expertly wrapped to protect against damage in transit Delivery driver advised us of time of delivery in advance and helped carry into house was happy to buy furniture especially when clearly advised we could return item if if not happy once delivered fir a full refund saw furniture in store and on website were clear photos and information that were just as we had seen in store.many thanks very happy with our purchase
