Very trusted company and always…

Very trusted company and always delivers quickly . I get the alflorex and it’s cheaper than the shops. Just this once there was a delay with delivery but I was emailed about the issue and again when the items were dispatched.

Item didn’t arrive on time

Item didn’t arrive on time, for which they blamed An Post. It took a full week to arrive despite being shipped domestically. Hanz from the aftercare team reached out with a generic follow-up email but never bothered to reply to my email where I flagged the shipping delay. Very disappointing and no resolution was offered when I reached out again.

Great company, they have what I couldn't find even in the big central pharmacies. Customer service is also great, I had a question answered in just few hours. I recommend this company to everyone looking for specific health tests or other products.
