They addressed all my concerns promptly, provided valuable insights, and offered ongoing maintenance and support to ensure my online store continues to operate at its best.

ThemeVolty Support doesnt exist

So, ThemeVolty is an interesting company that can effectively achieve its goals through its vision.

Unfortunately, when there are errors in their modules on their website template, they are unable to effectively deal with them. After a year, I reached out to them about something not working correctly, and when they fixed it, they created many other errors in the template, preventing customers from making purchases.

When I asked what could be the cause, they stated that my subscription had expired, and I needed to pay an additional 50 euros for extra support. Otherwise, I don't have the right to ask for support with the website they sold me.

It's better to be careful about where you invest your money and time. Reviews matter a lot, but they definitely mean less if post-purchase support doesn't exist.
