Please stay far away from this website. So I have purchased several themes from themeforest and not a single one works correctly. When I contact the authors they practically humiliated me. Note that these are different authors and they act in a similar way, called me names and so on. Whenever I tried to get in touch with themeforest directly, they start to interrogate me, meanwhile they can see all the conversations between the authors and the customers. So I have never got any refund for any of the useless themes I have purchased from them because they never issue a refund, ever. The latest style now is that the authors now offer you incomplete files when you purchase a theme, this is so that you will need to contact them for support, then they ask for your site login details and gain access to your site #beware! or they ask you to pay more money to renew your support. All I can say is they are just a bunch of scammers ripping people off their hard earned money confidently. I hope the law will catch up with them soon.

The bundled demo site will not load correctly, even on a fresh Wordpress install. Everything is loaded into one column. Qode support had to manually export, and import, one page at a time content from their demo site. Not all pages have been loaded and I'm left with a half-working demo site to use as a basis to build my new site.

Whenever I search for any kind of website templates, themes, or graphics, I know in my mind that I need to visit Themeforest for sure. Very affordable prices throughout.

You are an Australian Company. But you charge in US dollars...I'm an Australian Designer. The markup when purchasing a product is a total rip off.

First Worst Experience! :( Purchased a theme from Qode Interactive (Travel Agency Theme) and had the worst experience. It's not working at all! I must get a refund!

The documentation and support for this theme is terrible. If you're new to Elementor I highly don't recommend. I don't have 24 hours to wait with every support ticket. Elements of this theme simply don't work according to their instructions. Not going to bother anymore.

Products work well. Easy to download full package and license.

Im regular client of themeforest. I bought wordpress themes with no hustle. Authors are legitimate and they provide support according to my purchase of support packages. Salient theme is one of the best for me but anyone can find any wordpress theme based on their niche.

you don't explain that i have to buy more plugins to have a fully functional theme

I was hesitant about buying a theme for my WP website from a 3rd party vendor. I found theme forest via envato elements which I've used for a long time and so trusted the product. And true to form, they haven't disappointed. Theme forest is great, I found what I wanted, the ease of use is fantastic and so is the support. Highly recommend
