A hotel that knows what customer service is
Booked a superior double room on their website and mentioned in my booking that it was for a family celebration and hoped we could have a really memorable evening as I also booked a table in the restaurant.
Arrived with my wife and was stunned that we were given a free upgrade to Suite apartment 330, check it out on the website, this is an amazing room, furnished to a very high standard as was the rest of the hotel.
All the staff from Jade, Sarah, Ellie and everyone else we came into contact with, went out of their way to make sure it was a memorable evening. The food was fantastic, I ordered Sirloin steak and got it exactly the way I asked for it. Everyone enjoyed the food and we retired to the bar afterwards and enjoyed the attentive bar staff table service and reasonably priced drinks.
I cannot thank the hotel enough, for a truly memorable experience, the location in Elgin is good with free parking and I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
