I have paid for pair of shoes in November and they have still not arrived

Beautiful store full of unusual items for the home. Excellent service instore and the owner personally delivered my ceramic urns to my home. Superb !
Will definitely be buying again

Excellent evening’s entertainment. Wonderful food, great company and fantastic jazz singer. Super surroundings too. Even had chance to buy a few Christmas presents!

Very helpful staff who told me the length of the garment I was interested in (which was not on the website). The garment arrived swiftly and beautifully packaged.

Great shop, lovely staff who are really super helpful and attentive. They go out of their way to help you. They sell beautiful cashmere, swim wear and lingerie. Also great household things too. My favourite shop in Harrogate and well worth a visit.

We had previously purchased a faux fur throw.
The quality is outstanding and still looks brand new after a year's use.
We decided to buy another one.
We enjoyed the same care and attention and the quality is still there.
Just goes to show that it wasn't a "one off", the first time we shopped at Luxe.

This afternoon I discovered a gem of a shop in Coney Street York.
A beautiful shop, very high luxury but at affordable prices.
I would agree with a previous review that Lisa and Brian certainly go the extra mile to ensure a good experience. Loved the coffee shop and can't wait for the opening of the champagne bar.
What an asset to York. Well done guys.

My advise to anyone considering using this company DONT I made an order well before Xmas and since then all I've had is date changes and lies they had no problem taking my money and still I haven't received my order personally I think they are scammers can't get anyone direct to talk with and the messaging service is useless so to anyone thinking on using this company don't because you are not going to get what you paid for STAY WELL CLEAR I will never use this company again and will advise anyone else thinking of using them to not bother

Really nice shop. Items are high quality and worth paying for. Bit of a treat. And staff are very kind and caring. Lovely experience.

My husband and I went to the Harrogate store a few weeks ago as we had seen a console table on there website.the range was Mia casa and the price was £725 It stated on site out of stock. When we visited the shop We were delighted as they had the same table on the shop floor. We asked if we could buy it and Brian the owner said yes. then We we’re shocked as he then said it would be £1500. the very same reclaimed pine table the same size and colour as on there website states £725
Brian gave us his business card so we could go away and think about it.
My husband rang the shop and spoke to Brian’s wife and she then said we could have the table for £1150. We didn’t ring her back and just left it. we felt like the price was picked out of thin air. a few days past Brian’s wife rang my husband and asked if we wanted to purchase the table. my husband said he would get back to her. After checking the site again we decided to go to the Harrogate store.
On entering I asked the shop assistant the price of the table and she said £725 so we thought Brian clearly made a mistake.
We then proceeded to arrange delivery at this point the assistant rang Brian and said that she had sold the table for £725 and when could he deliver everything was ok and as soon as she gave him our details he said the price was wrong and it is £1150. We could clearly tell the assistant was uncomfortable and she was apologetic.
We left the shop but an hour or so later my husband went back and showed the assistant the website price via his mobile phone.
The assistant rang Brian but his wife
Came to the phone she told my husband that there website had not been changed but this is still not right the assistant was ready to take our money and sort a delivery date.
My husband was told by Brian’s wife that they paid £600 for the table so they want £1150
Well it is clear that Brian was trying his luck he made up a price he even rang my husband Thinking we’re were so stupid to pay £1150 for a pine table when it is clear on the luxe company site £725.
To put it mildly Brian and his wife have been very dishonest about the whole situation.
We are not the type of people that complain or write reviews but we feel that customers should be made aware of this.
Harrogate is an affluent area and we feel that Brian and his wife try there luck as there was no price ticket on the table.
buyers please be aware.
