I am based in NYC and one of the hardest things for me when looking for graphic designer was, can I really trust this company? Or is this a scam like so many others “companies” based overseas (without being explicit about this on their websites)? Do I feel safe Sharing my financial information and ideas? And so, I went through the comments, reviews, google store, checked the website for location and about us and videos. And once I was convinced enough I took the first step!
And let see say this, It was Great customer support, great communication, the willingness to cooperate with the client is amazing, no push backs or questions asked at all, just ask and it gets done. They work pretty fast (the least requests the fastest of course) Melissa was the artist assigned to my portfolio and she was great! As well as everyone else involved. I got just what I wanted and I’m super satisfied with the results. I’ll be coming back here with a link where you can find the work they did for me (if allowed) come to live!! And yes, you do get copyright ownership once the project is finalized!! I’m overly joyful and totally recommend The Logo Boutique to everyone who is unsure of it ! I will definitely be working with them for future projects!

I've used these folks many times, they are fabulous! The designer(s) come up with really neat initial concepts, make your revisions without one breath of complaint (and I can be a bit picky!), and the finished product has always turned out 'Just WOW'! I couldn't recommend The Logo Boutique more highly - the best logo company I've used in over 20 years of running my coaching business!

I would give this company an actual zero rating.
The logos they produce should embarrass them. Every 24 hours I would get three more to view, if lucky, and they were laughable.
The company will NOT return a call. Their chat person was so rude. I have left over seven messages in various ways and nothing... no response. I paid over 800 dollars, and waited weeks to basically get nothing I could use and had to resort to making the logo myself. JUST AWFUL

Logo Boutique was recommended to me by a friend for a logo I needed for a political campaign and boy oh boy am I glad I chose them! From start to finish it has been an amazing experience for an online service. The design concepts have been stunning, communication is excellent, and the overall experience has been one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be using them again!!! Don't think about it, just use them. You won't regret it.

There was a hiccup transferring files at the end, but my project manager stayed with me as she worked to resolve it and when it was resolved I got exactly what I expected. The graphic designers were creative and able to take direction from me to make my vision reality.

I purchased a package of products for what seemed to be a bargain price. However, I was consistently disappointed throughout the experience by a lack of engagement from whoever was working on my projects. I would request design advice and ask questions, which were never answered. The logo, icon, and business cards were merely superficial line drawings of what I had described or sketched by hand. There seemed to be a lack of DESIGN by this design company. If you're ok with essentially having them digitize the ideas that you come up with yourself, then perhaps this company is for you. If you would like a little more than that, then perhaps we should pay a little more and go with a business model that incorporates questions and design into the final products.
