Honestly having the same experience as the last reviewer. I never normally leave reviews but placed my order for two linen aprons 3 weeks ago, which were meant to be delivered within 2-5 day and nada. No notification of shipment, no responses to emails, callback request not actioned, yet payment taken. Unsure of how to proceed as something has clearly happened to the company, but there’s no notification that they’ve ceased trading. Would love an answer from them.

Avoid buying from this company!

I bought a linen table cloth 3 weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered in 2-5 days. I have not received the item and I have been completely unable to get hold of anyone at the company, despite numerous emails (saying they will respond in 24 hrs), their chat app and by phone. The number they provide cuts out and whilst they provide a call back booking system, which I tried, I didn't receive a call.

I have called my bank and because they didn't specify an exact delivery date, I have to give them 30 days before I can dispute the payment. They took full payment of £96 when I placed the order.

Due to their complete lack of customer service, I am not expecting to receive the tablecloth so I will be placing a dispute, through my bank as soon as I can, to get my money back.

Avoid!!

The quality of the tablecloth, runner, napkins and tea towels I bought (on two separate occasions) is excellent. I had a problem with my order (my mistake ordered the wrong size) and it was dealt with very well. I would definitely buy from them again, just need to choose what to have.

received wrong item in the order, emailed customer service immediately, no response. Tried to call the number on their website, it just hangs up after telling me to email them. Filled in the exchange request online, again no response. This is not a way to run a company.

Chose this company for what looked like a lovely tablecloth, just what we wanted. However I do not know what it is like as it never arrived!
Non existent customer service. Numerous telephone calls to the company results in an answer machine message explaining they are all busy tying lavender bags…how helpful. There is an online option for a callback. A call back was never received. An e mail was sent, no reply. Two voice messages left, no reply. The order was placed on 11/12/22 as the item was required for Christmas day. It is now 21/12/22. Still no tablecloth and no contact from The Linen Works. A refund is now being requested. AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

I most recently purchased a duvet cover but have been a customer for a few years. I am so happy with my orders. I feel like I’m in heaven every time I go to bed. Everything has a luxury feel.

I wanted to order some linen napkins as an anniversary gift for someone and had a few problems doing it online (which may have been my fault!). I emailed customer service and they called me on my phone very quickly and were very apologetic for my inconvenience and offered for me to place my order over the phone, which I did. Their products are of a high quality and the company care about where they source their raw materials and where their products are made. I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. They also have lovely gift boxes and can send a message with your gift. An exceptional company that cares about the little details and the quality of their products and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.
