The tutor gave me great feedback and was efficient in marking my assignments within 2 weeks.
The information provided on slides to complete assessment tasks is not sufficient and requires much more independent research.
The assignments were generally quite straight forward with easy to understand concepts.
Overall, highly recommended as you can work at your own pace and have multiple attempts in order to pass.

if I could put the learning college 0 star I will
please be very very careful, do not even look at their page.
The send me a email I was not happy with their term and condition, I didn't accept it and also didn't register.
On Monday 24/2/25, I contact them about functional skills English and Maths Level 2.
On Wednesday 26/02/25 I saw their term and condition and I was in shock nearly faint, my blood sugar when down. I wasn't feeling well

On Monday 24/2/25 the was so nice calling me on the phone every time. The send me a link in that that I need to register and accept their term and condition and I have 14 day to cancel when I saw the everything the put here. I reject it

(In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which replaced the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your course anytime within fourteen days after you receive your course materials (day one is inclusive of the day you received your login details to access the learner platform) whether in hard copy or online.

To cancel your course, you must complete and send a cancelation form, signed, via recorded delivery to the Cancellation and Conversions Department at our registered address in Staffordshire (cancellations by telephone will not be accepted). All cancellations are subject to an administration charge.

In line with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have a 14 day right to change your mind and receive a refund less £50.00 admin fee.

If the student is on an agreed payment plan and applies to cancel their course and has logged into the learner platform, the full payment of the course will still become due on the agreed payment dates until paid in full. For payment plans with the final balance due, this will be paid before we can pass the qualification or the course completion date which ever date comes first, subject to the student logging into their learner area and reviewing any part of their course material.

For digital content, i.e. Online courses, that you have purchased, a full refund less £50.00 admin fee will apply, unless you have logged into the learner platform deeming that you have already started to download the learning materials using your designated secure username and password

If you have used your log in details and entered the learner platform, you are deemed as having received the online digital material. Under copyright law once reviewed, no refund will be given

I spoke to the lady and she said I have agree luckily everything I do, I always take picture and video
She was forcing me that I must do the course that I agree , if not I have to pay in full even if I don't do the course
your cannot charge me if you don't even have any ID from me or agree for anything.

I was surprise the way she was talking to me very rude compare to the first time.
please take picture of it, have poof even if you go to court your have something to show them on the court. My mum she is the lawyer she teach me all this.
just to let you know you don't have any of my passport I never agree to it and I never sign for it.

I would say course was great, but my tutor wasn't. Unfortunately Sharon was quite rude and not very helpful. When I tried to reach for help or any information she barely helped me. It wasn't as easy as probably some people might say. I thought I might get some tips which books or Webs I can look for to find correct information to help me with course, but I didn't. Course was great but not my tutor. If I will do another course, I will definitely pick someone else.

I’ve had a really good experience doing the SEN and level 3 TA course.
I was able to do it at my own pace. The assignments were very well structured so I was able to easily manage my time.
I got a lot of support and great feedback from Annalise and Sharon.
The learning I’ve had in this course has helped me to improve my practice in schools as a volunteer Teaching Assistant (TA)

I really enjoyed this course, everything was self explanatory and there were lots of information that helped with each unit. My assessor was extremely helpful and always replied to emails with good advice. It was easy to submit each unit and any amendments that I had to make were sent back or a notification that I had passed. I was able to do this course at my leisure but did set myself deadlines to get it done within the 12 months, although I have paid for a 2 month extension to make sure that everything was complete and finished. The course is thorough and extensive in its entirety and it has taken a lot of hard work, research and preparation to complete. Thank you once again to Sheila Green who has assisted me throughout the last year I have really appreciated your support and kindness.

I'd like to thank The Learning College, and particularly Annalise, for their help and support throughout my Level 3 Supporting and Teaching and Learning qualification. I have had an absolutely amazing experience with my TA course trough TheLearningCollege. My assigned tutor Sharon Remington-Ogle has been nothing but amazing. Therefore I would defiantly recommend you to choose her as your tutor when making the choice. She was very professional and ensured to get back to my questions very quickly. The opportunity to schedule my TA course around my family needs was very pleasant. Overall I am very happy, and grateful that I have been supported in the best way possible throughout the duration of my course.
