AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could give this awful 'company' minus 10 stars I would. I have posted the same review on Google, having seen the reviews here on Trustpilot, it's quite telling that they're all 'invited' reviews!
Absolutely horrendous and non-existent customer service - it would appear that the person who answers your emails may not be a real customer service person, after a review of companies house, we found it is potentially a one man band and someone who is also running another landscaping business, so if you expect any timely updates or customer service then absolutely forget it!
We spent nearly £6k on Stonemarket products with Landscape Yard - the website clearly stated delivery in 3-5 days and we received an email with our expected delivery date. We then also received an email confirming we had no access issues and to send over photos and a Google Earth link to show the property (literally no other Stonemarket stockist has asked for this). I sent him photos, screenshots of Google Maps with an arrow, Google Earth link and screenshots. Fast-forward to the delivery day, nothing arrived (bearing in mind I'd paid for builders on a day rate!), we emailed and tried to find a phone number via Google as it doesn't exist on their website - no replies to emails or calls to the voicemail. Literally no answer and two days of calls and emails later, still nothing! They will not pick up the phone, and he finally replied to our emails but gave the excuse that they had not received the access email and therefore had not sent the products - brilliant! So don't bother emailing us to check in, just stay quiet and wait for us to chase on delivery day!
So we sent the access emails again - still, he reckons he hadn't received them again, which was rubbish as we were using a Chrome email tracker and could see he had opened our emails.
Anyway, we decided to liaise with Stonemarket directly as we were getting nowhere with Landscape Yard, to find there were some delays with stock their end, we end up getting an automated email from Landscape Yard with a delivery date, which we knew wasn't the case as we were liaising with Stonemarket!
We had the product delivered 3 weeks late in the end and had stopped getting any delivery emails from Landscape Yard, they basically couldn't give a toss and we haven't even had an apology.
It is quite telling, that all their positive reviews are 'invited' - honestly, AVOID!
