I ordered 4 of this decanters on 29 March late at night it was delivered by royal mail on 31 March I was amazed how fast they processed the order free shipping
The decanters matches my expensive cristal cups the seal of the lids can be made of a better rubber but for this price I didn't expect such a nice product

I can't believe I've actually found a site which caters for individual items. However, as I am a single person living alone, I find it difficult to find individual pieces. This company has allowed me to order what I need and at an affordable price not to mention the quality is outstanding and I'm absolutely in love with my purchase I would definitely recommend and be buying more 😍😘👌

I’m really pleased with all my purchases! The dinner plates are excellent quality, sturdy, well-made, and even nicer in person.
Everything was very carefully wrapped, and it was clear a lot of effort went into making sure they arrived safely, which they did in perfect condition.
Delivery was also impressively fast. Overall, a great experience!!

I have just received my order of pasta bowls I am really happy with them really good. I have now ordered dinner plates.very satisfied and prompt delivery

Really pleased with the 2 items I ordered. The prices were really keen and I wondered if the items would be pretty awful, but they're both lovely and good quality. I had to contact customer service as I messed up my order and they were super quick, friendly and efficient - really helpful.
You do have to pay for delivery but despatch and delivery are very quick, so it's worth it. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them.

Awful customer service, response was insulting, unhelpful. There was a mistake with the pricing of my order which eventually got cancelled (which is 100% okay and I planned to just repurchase for the correct price) and instead of simply apologising/ explaining the issue I got a shitty sarky response to my email. Completely put me off and I absolutely will never bother with this company again. At first I thought I was being too sensitive but as someone who worked in customer service previously that is not how I would have ever responded to a customer query.🤢

Ordered a couple of small serving dishes. Delivery was prompt. Will definitely buy from them again.

My experience with this company has been absolutely awful. I received a damaged order, and despite reaching out via multiple emails and phone calls, they have completely ignored all my queries and complaints. As a woman of colour, I cannot help but feel my issue was handled with racial bias — I was dismissed and treated with suspicion at every turn. Others in similar situations have been offered solutions far more swiftly, which is extremely upsetting.

After supplying all requested evidence and showing immense patience, they have continued to stay silent. This is by far the most unprofessional and discriminatory customer service experience I have ever encountered.

If you value transparent communication and fair treatment as a customer, I cannot recommend this company at all. Absolutely shocking.
Natalie did not respond to voicemails or emails. To say this is the worst experience ever is a understatement. Just awful.

I ordered some plates and bowls. Very good quality. Very happy with my purchase. One bowl was broken and they immediatly sent me another one.

Ordered twice now, first time bought a couple of plates that I liked the look of, wanted to see what they were like in the flesh, came very quickly and plates looked great, so have ordered more things to build up my set and will continue to!

We ordered some pasta bowls which should have arrived within a couple of days, however a week later no delivery
I put the delay down to the Easter holidays
Contacted Kingdom of Tableware who were very helpful. They dispatched another order straight away which I received next day

Very pleased to find some nordic style plates at far better prices than some of the specialist websites. Ordered, very well packed, ordered again, well packed again, will save a bit of money and make another order once i've moved as it's a bit addictive having nice plates

I came across some cute plates from this shop but hadn’t heard of them before, so I googled reviews to check if they were legitimate. The reviews were so positive that I initially wondered if they were fake. Now, having experienced the service myself, I can confirm that they are absolutely legitimate. The plates are beautiful and reasonably priced.
After placing my order, I emailed to ask if I could add an extra item. This was quickly arranged, and I was able to pay via PayPal with no issues. I didn’t expect my order to arrive until after the Easter break, but it arrived the day after Good Friday. Everything was beautifully wrapped in eco-friendly, plastic-free materials, and the parcel was tracked via Royal Mail.
I’m really impressed with this shop and will definitely be ordering from them again. A great find!

Ordered a selection of dinner plates, side plates, bowls and pasta bowls - ordered Sunday evening and had arrived by Tuesday afternoon! Packaged well,with FRAGILE marking and the quality is fantastic. Would 100% recommend.

Agree with the other reviewer. I ordered some Picardie glasses which were competitively priced, ordered early hours on Sunday 9 February and arrived mid day 11 February by Royal Mail (fee postage over £20) - fantastic. Glass items came well packaged and arrived unbroken by even our post people! Will order again! Definitely recommend glasses and The Kingdom of Tableware.

I ordered some lovely plates which not only had a very fair price but came on time with no issues. Being slightly worried about fragile items in the Mail I can assure you that they came packaged in a way that would survive the apocalypse, brilliant! I’ll absolutely be back for more of their great products! Can recommend
