Complicated and Unbothered

I'm just completely shocked by the whole situation. Got promised a great deal with life cover for my pet. My pet has recently been told by the Veys he will require medicstion and to look into my insurance policy. Realised that I had never been given my insurance documents by email or post. I contacted The Insurance Factory as this is who my direct debt was with although I was sure I was with Co-Op. To be told I wasn't on their system and I was not a customer of theirs. I had explained I had a direct debt with them so I am confident I am a customer. I explained I thought I was with Co-Op which they then told me I must of been transferred to Pet Plan which I definitely wasn't or if I had been, I was never informed. I was then transferred to Pet plan who then stated I was not a customer with them so back to square one. Prior to all of this i had spent 20 minutes trying to answer the automated message questions who constsntly got every question wrong including D.O.B and postcode it was a struggle with no option to speak to a real person even if i got it wrong 12 times. At this point i said yes to evrryrhing just to speak with someone. Once I felt I was with Coop I contacted them myself. For them to confirm I was intact with them and dealt with my issue easily and smoothly as I should have been dealt with from the start. I recommend Coop but not The Insurance Factory.

Poor Customer Service

I sold my car and tried to cancel my policy, the representative dealing with me was unhelpful due to lack of knowledge. When I challenged the person became agitated and defensive. The call ended with a promise of a call back from a manager, who was available to speak to the operative but not me, on 2 occasions.

Very disappointed!!

Very disappointed at first was offered a quotation, all happy and went with it, i have signed agreement documents and paid the deposit as requested by the insurer. After nearly three weeks i have been called by the insurance to be told that they have to cancel my insurance because they made a mistake when they have provided me with the estimate and that the figure is a lot more than what they gave me nearly three weeks ago and also this happened after signing the agreement and paying the deposit requested by them...Just a waste of time this company is...Wouldn't recommend it they don't really know what is going on in their business when quoting clients.
I would stay away!!!!

Thieves

Someone ran into my van and wrote it off. I contacted “theinsurancefactory” to cancel. They charged me £185 to cancel my insurance.
