I ordered a quantity of doxycycline and…

I ordered a quantity of doxycycline and the process was seamless. The price was extremely reasonably; the pharmacist was caring and concerned that I had enough medication for the entire journey. The tabs were dispatched the same day. I will definitely be using them again. 5 stars from me.

Very professional

I ordered a product for a very minor ailment but the service even for this was exemplary. Very professional from beginning to end with access to information and someone to talk to if required. Felt like someone was holding my hand throughout the process. Hope I don't suffer any future ailments but this will definitely be my first stop should that ever happen.

Money grabbers!

I would have left zero stars if I could. I placed an order and, as it went through, I noticed it hadn’t saved the edits to my items and therefore I was getting an item I had deleted from the order.

Their website clearly states that if an item has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled. I wrote them an email immediately after the order went through and advised them of this, to which I received a reply telling me it’s too late for cancellation as it was being processed.

I fail to understand why they advertise that an order can be cancelled provided it’s not in dispatch status, yet 1 or 2 minutes after placing the order, cancellation is not accepted despite it not even being dispatched.

This company are NOT transparent with their integrity and I will not be using them again! Absolutely disgusting money grabbers!

We understand that this led to a poor impression of our service and appreciate your frustration given the information available on our website regarding cancellations.

We are pleased that we were subsequently able to cancel the order and resolve the matter, but we regret that the process did not meet the standard you should expect from us.

Outstanding service

First class systems made ordering a prescription medication easy. The medical review and ID verification were seamless and efficient, and as a result I have high trust in the professionalism and integrity of this online pharmacy. Delivery and follow up were flawless. Again, couldn't ask for more.
