The hutch company

My wife ordered a cat hutch from the hutch company through amazon when it arrived the lid was damaged we contacted amazon to arrange return after a week we still had heard nothing so we phone the hutch company directly. After speaking to one of their staff they had not any notice from amazon. After discussing the issue he was very apologetic and asked if we want to return the product or just send a new lid out. This was 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon the lid arrived 9.30 Saturday morning the gent we spoke to was amazing would strongly recommend
Also proves how much better it is to actually speak to a person

Outstanding

Superb piece of kit and exceptional customer service. First item that was dispatched arrived and had been damaged in transit. Emailed customer service and had a new whelping box in under 48 hours. Was always kept updated on progress. Excellent company and would definitely recommend 👍👌

Amazing Service

After a problem with a product I emailed The Hutch Company and next day the problem was sorted by a very efficient James. Spot on service to be highly commended I cant recommend them enough..
