I initially wrote a review about this company where I was at least unimpressed with their service namely I had not received goods that I had ordered.I emailed the company expressing my disatissfaction. One of their representatives (Rachael) contacted me and resolved the problem. On receiving the product I am pleased with the quality of it and cannot praise Rachael highly enough for the customer service she offered. I can recommend the Home Laundry company

Great product and quick delivery. Will definitely use this company again.

We like the choice of programmes it is more efficient than our last one, from salt to the rinse aid.
Downside the bottom tray does not stay on track when pushing it in bad design, never had this before need a rethink on this.

Great small rotary line. Very sturdy and with a cover. Definitely recommend.

Ordered 50m washing line over 7 days ago web site states 3 to 5 days for delivery. No sign of it yet, no word from firm to say it's been dispatched or anything. Very disappointed.

Very impressed with the product and service. Prompt delivery, well packed and good quality. Good that this includes metal spike and cover. These come as extras with other brands. I wanted a small rotary and this fits the bill exactly.

I ordered my rotary airer online & it arrived 24 hours later, it was sturdily packaged & is of excellent quality. I found the online assembly video extremely helpful, faultless!

I purchased the extra large rotary line cover as I had my identical one for years and it was long lasting and blended in with the garden. My rotary is really large and this cover is a generous fit with room to spare.

I purchased my washing line from The Home Laundry,many years ago. I have probably had 4 new covers from them over the many years. Always very prompt service.Love the covers as they do protect my washing line.

Ordered an airer and the wrong one was sent. I emailed the company (the company doesn't appear to want to talk to clients!!!!) and the following day I received an phone call from a very nice lady who sorted the collection of the incorrect airer and the delivery of the correct airer out very quickly.

The next day the correct one was delivered and incorrect one taken away by the same courier.

Service and quality of goods is excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the annoying fact that you can't speak to a human.

Lovely patterned cover for rotary washing line.

Having been a customer for many years our 2013 purchase of a 4 arm 40m dryer finally failed. The powdered steel parts were still in excellent condition but the plastic mechanism parts had cracked and some parts broken off such that it could no longer be locked in position. Eight years of life with almost continuous use in all weathers I consider has been very good. I therefore replaced it with the current 4 arm 40m model physically the same size but with I think an improved locking mechanism and I am so far delighted with the purchase. I hope this model will last as long as its predecessor.

I bought this rotary dryer for a present for my nephew. I’ve not actually seen it yet because it was delivered to his home. He was very pleased to receive it, and excellent delivery time. Great price too for a quality dryer.

Product arrived very promptly. Unfortunately it was unsuitable (my mistake measuring) and the return was easy to arrange.

Very prompt service. Haven't assembled it as yet but it appears nice and strong and I look forward to having it fitted and using.

Ordered rotary drier Sunday arrived Tuesday . So great delivery . Concreted new ground spike in . Easy to use better quality than previous high street buys . So hope it will last a bit longer.

Great quality product and amazing customer service! There was a small issue with part of the order (not The Home Laundry Company's fault) but after sending an email, I received an ACTUAL PHONE CALL! Super friendly, super helpful and a replacement piece was sent out immediately, with a follow-up call to check in. Fantastic stuff!
