Thought this was a good deal for a decently priced bracelet. I got the silver Mamba I believe it was called. It was fine for about 2 weeks and then the chain broke off for apparently no reason. I didn't even yank it or anything. It just snapped due to being weak. I guess. Bad quality. Don't buy.

I ordered two different bracelets and they are both great quality. One of them had an expandable string of beads that I couldn't use because it was too tight. Contacted customer service and had a response within a day. They offered to return the product and offered me a store credit. I asked for the store credit for whatever they thought was fair as part of the bracelet is great. They gave me a credit for the entire cost of the product. That just doesn't happen. So very impressed. I'm going to use the credit and buy another one as well as their mission is near and dear to my heart. Can't really recommend this company more highly.

The clasps on the bracelets are a pain to operate..especially when you can only use one hand to manipulate..or be some kind of contortionist.or have someone else help put it on..which kind'a negates the badas# image the bracelet is projecting..AND..could you call them something else?..bracelet is again kind'a wimpy..AND the Revenant's Wrath bracelet is way too big..so..unless I can find a way to resize it, I will give it away...AND..who and what Veterans' organizations do you give to? I am a Vietnam veteran and have heard nothing about anyone receiving any donations for support dogs or anything else? With all the fraud and deception happening now, everything is under scrutiny.

Purchased a necklace from this company for my son. The Postal Service said it was delivered, but when I went to check for it where they said it was delivered it was not there. I called the Hero company with no answer (I found the number on shop). So I then emailed the company and they had an AI response to me saying “they could not find the order”Then an agent did follow up via email and told me “ they found my order and to wait three days and if it does not arrive, they would make it right”. After four days, I emailed company back to let them know the necklace still has not arrived. And I have yet to receive a response. So definitely buyer beware with this company. my order number is

Update: I did receive an email from them stating they are sending out a new necklace but with the wrong address.
I have never had so much problem with a company.

Received my bracelet, happy except HERO is spelled ROHE on the barrel

I placed an order on the website for a shirt. The order was canceled the next day because the size I had ordered was out of stock. Then why give the option to order that size if you don't have it??
I placed a second order for a different shirt, same size. It was also canceled because that size was out of stock. This business is a joke!!!

Love the jewelry the Hero Company has and that a portion of all sales go to helping Veterans get service dogs!
I have the dont tread on me ring and the hero bracelet (sorry but I had to replace the bracelet but kept the Hero clasp) but still love it.. I did have to exchange the ring for a larger size and they let me keep the one that was too small, which I have donated to a great person that's involved with law enforcement.

Can't fault their ‘mission. However their customer service and follow-up are all but non-existant. Sent my order to wrong address while I have PROOF I corrected the address BEFORE shipping and have an email from them saying so. SHAME ON YOU. Once they have your $$, they couldn't care less!! I ordered the bracelet with the Crucifix attached. After a week the string holding the Crucifix started getting loose. Today it completely unwound and I couldn't fix it. Now I just have a plain, meaningless bracelet. Just because a company "helps" veterans doesn't mean their products are any good. Lesson learned

I have ordered and received 3 bracelets, a St. Michael pendant, and the St. Michael t-shirt. All have been of excellent quality and were shipped quickly. My last order came by Fed-X which is a great improvement on USPS,,,,,,,, My gut tells me that they do what they say they do. Most Vets have good intuition of who is helping and who is scamming. I think this is a great cause with great products.

The stainless steel bracelet has rusted such that it won't clasp together anymore.

People who are uninformed about this company should maybe do some research. They don't claim to be non profit they are up front about that. 1.5 million dollars raised to support veterans getting service dogs is a great cause. I own 2 of their bracelets and wear them every day. And I definitely will be getting more stuff from them.

So far I purchased 3 bracelets and one on the way. Love every one of them. High class company. Needed an extra link and boom it was in my mailbox. Awesome customer support. Sent like 4 emails and they were answered lightning fast. Keep up the great work you are doing… God Bless our Troops. And God Bless the USA !!! 🇺🇸

Product is quality construction and works as advertised and is comfortable to wear. I am enjoying it and look forward to purchasing more.

Ordered mine 5 days ago and still waiting for a shipping confirmation. The site says I didn't order, but they billed my account within an hour.

I see you’ve donated over $1 million to veteran causes. How much have you taken in? How much of every dollar goes to what you say it goes to? I keep asking that question…. I get nothing in return. Your jewelry is junk. Used to be great. I would tolerated it if I knew the answers to my questions. I’m sure I don’t speak for everybody, but?
