We have had all our windows replaced by Heritage in three phases over the last 7 years. We have been very pleased with the result each time and highly recommend them. Each installation was smooth and a pleasant experience.

A first rate company
The company did everything that they said they would do and communicated very effectively. The quality of the product was excellent and the two installers actually made the process enjoyable.

Such good quality doors
Such good quality doors. Very happy with them. The fitters took their time to do the job well, even cleaning and mopping the floor afterwards. Everything is done perfectly. Highly recommend.

Final installation as good as the first
We have an art deco 19030's house whose windows were long overdue replacement. We split the replacement of our old mixed Crittall / UPVC windows into a number of phases and the process in every phase has been excellent. From the initial visit by Russell through to the friendly, polite and efficient installation by Martin and Shaun, we have had a great experience. We now have modern Crittall style windows that really do the property justice!

Although I knew no one who had used Heritage I found them to be very professional, helpful and pleasant. The porch I have had installed is exactly what I wanted and the fitters did an absolutely brilliant job. My neighbours also love it!

Absolutely stunning windows and doors
Absolutely stunning windows and doors. The whole process of ordering our new doors and windows has been completely seamless. We made an appointment to visit the company on a Sunday morning and felt immediately comfortable with the professionalism we received. The lovely surveyor came and measured up and we placed our order. Our windows were supplied and fitted to a high standard well within the timeline given. They look so beautiful and we are absolutely thrilled. Thank you. We look forward to phase two!

Fantastic new windows
Couldn't be happier with our new windows - we have a 1930s house and the black windows work perfectly with it, taking it back to the original look. Great company to deal with - many thanks to Mike who gave great advice at the survey stage and got everything absolutely spot on, and to the installation team (Nick and Liam) who have done a brilliant job.
