I would rate ilford Hearing Hub less than 1. I went there after an ear infection to remove gunk from my right ear. This caused a further infection and when i mentioned to The Hearing Hub they denied doing anything to my right ear and said they offered me a free follow up appointment. The clinician actually cleaned it whilst it was infected making the infection worse. Please be aware of ilford . Branch.

I had an appointment with Chinnu at Benfleet. She was really great and answered all my questions. My ears feel so much better.

I went to the Hearing Hub in Guildford and received excellent service. Quick and helpful and courteous. And I got an appointment on the same day too! Will definitely be using again.

Friendly staff, efficient service only took about 10 minutes to remove the earwax from both of my ears! Thanks a lot!

I went to The Hearing Hub in Chelmsford for wax removal. They saw me the same day and I cannot fault the service. It was friendly, professional and the whole procedure was easy and well explained.

Tatiana was superb, start to finish. Clearly and comprehensively explained assessment and delicately and professionally executed ear cleaning.

Easy booking service, clean offices, calm and knowledgeable audiologist who explained everything that was going to happen and also what she was doing as she went along. A range of methods and tools available. Reasonable price.

Very professional & competent approach. Thorough examination & treatment which was very successful. Followed by a hearing test. You are unaware of the success until you are discharged into the outside world.

I had my ears microsuctioned at The Hearing Hub - a procedure no longer offered on the NHS. One of my ears was totally blocked. It was a gentle procedure which restored my hearing to normal.

10/10 experience, visited the Chelmsford one after my doctor informed me I needed to ears cleaned, Chinnu was very professional and informative - giving me tips on how to prevent wax buildup and avoid ear infections in future (I have been prone to them!) gave better advice than any of the several doctors I’ve seen about my ears. Absolute life saver!

Penny was amazing and literally walked in and then I was a new woman! Explained the procedure very professional and so thankful to be able to hear again ! Definitely recommend xxx

Used the Brentwood branch this morning and cannot praise Chinnu highly enough. She was very professional and gentle during the procedure and did an excellent job. She offered some useful advice for the future and made the whole experience a most pleasant one. Would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Was really delighted that I could be seen last Saturday when I woke totally deaf in my right ear - after following GP instructions to use for earole for 2 weeks.
Really cannot say enough about Penny and her approach and clearing both ears.
She went further to help me understand APD and to follow up with really useful email information from an expert which will be very useful.

Very kind and calm

Having had earwax removal performed by excellent but expensive Bupa consultants over many years I was very apprehensive of using anyone else. I needn’t have worried as the treatment I received from Penny at the Chelmsford branch was every bit as good and I will certainly be returning in a years time.

I popped in yesterday afternoon to see if I could get an appointment and saw Penny in Chelmsford. She was very helpful and said I could have my ear syringed right away. I had really great service from her and I recommend The Hearing Hub. I will be back again!
